The food is pretty good. Nothing fancy, but great for a casual meal. The fries and house sauce are great! The service is hit or miss. They never seem to have enough staff to take the orders and make the food in a timely manner. That’s stressful for the staff and the patrons too. Upon observing their workplace, I know that I would not be happy working there, which makes me hesitant to support their business. I literally never get the drink or the sauce that I asked for. On one occasion, I asked politely for the sauce they forgot to bring me, and the attitude I received was bizarre to say the least. It was as if I’d asked the employee for a side of gold-flaked truffle dip and a platter of caviar instead of a paper cup filled with the equivalent of vegan Cookout sauce. My most grievous complaint, however, is the fact that their system seems to be completely incapable of processing “custom” orders. In my case, I wanted a black bean burger combo with jalapeños added. They could not give me jalapeños on the side. They could not give me jalapeños on the burger. They could not, and would not, give me jalapeños at all. Why is it impossible to get one simple thing added to my burger? After a confusing back-and-forth with the employee taking my order, I gave up and did not get jalapeños. I have eaten here 4 times in total and the first time was opening week, and it was a great experience. The following visits were increasingly terrible and I never would have gone back after the second visit had it not been for the fact that they’re one of few restaurants in the area where the food is exclusively vegan. Vegan or no, I won’t be returning here. I sincerely hope that the company elects to pay its employees a fair living wage with reasonable hours and policies - otherwise the service will continue to be subpar. Why would anyone want to work in food service without decent wages and a healthy...
Read morePretty frustrating experience all around. I tried ordering my burger "plain with only onions" which was a huge confusion with the person taking my order. I wasn't sure if I was just being unclear or the person taking my order wasn't understanding me so I just told her she can just give me a plain burger if that's easier. She went ahead and did that but still asked me if I was sure I didn't want anything on the burger which was uncomfortable. My partner ordered everything as it came. We sat and waited for 30 minutes (genuinely not exaggerating, we walked in at 12:30 and it had gotten to be around 1) and then the staff came over to once again confirm that I did not want anything on my burger. I said "completely plain except for onion please" and they told me that there is some onion inside the patty... So I just said okay perfect so they would make our food. Usually, I appreciate double checking, but it was INCREDIBLY frustrating that they hadn't started making our food for 30 minutes!! Other people that had ordered around the same time as us were visibly irritated and showing the cashier the time on their receipts. They also seemed to be forgetting many people's sides/drinks (people were walking up and requesting their missing items). I was paranoid that maybe we were rude enough in some way to warrant "forgetting" our ticket but we still tipped 30% so I'm really not sure. We also did not order a lot at all, just two burgers and fries. The burger ended up being fine (after waiting 40 minutes) but I did have to put my own onions on at home. They thanked me for our patience when they handed me the bag, which is appreciated but c'mon now. We were walking out at the same time as someone who had ordered very recently which also left a sour taste in my...

Traveled light-years (okay, just across town from my hotel) to try the Romeo Mac Burger and Veggie Chili Fries—and let me tell you, young padawans of the plant-based path, this place delivers.
The Romeo Mac Burger was stacked high with flavor and nostalgia—crispy edges, melty “cheese,” tangy sauce, and that unmistakable fast-food magic, all without the meat. I’m convinced even a carnivorous Sith Lord wouldn’t detect the deception.
And those chili fries? Pure galactic greatness. Piled high, smothered in savory vegan chili and creamy sauce—this is the kind of comfort food rebels and republics can agree on.
📸 Don’t let the green glow fool you—that’s just me vibing under the neon “plant-based” sign, not a lightsaber mishap.
💬 Staff were kind and the place was spotless. Fast service, flavorful food, and a whole menu of cruelty-free classics. Will return I must.
⭐️ Pro Tip: You can choose between Impossible, Beyond, or a house-made black bean patty. Options strong,...
