Watch your bank statements. I went through the drive through and I was charged two separate charges. One charge was mine and the other was a completely different amount. I called the store and was told this happens sometimes and to come in and they could fix it. I was told to come at 4:00 but told them I couldn’t do that time would earlier be okay, I was told yes hopefully a manager would be there who could help.
Went to store and apparently there is only one manager (the GM) who can solve this issue and he worked at 4:00. So no, me going in earlier wasn’t okay, could’ve just told me that. So I called another day to ask if there was a manager there who could help with my issue was told yes come in. But no one there could refund the charge.
The DM was actually there and even he couldn’t help but he did send an email to the office. I gave my information 3 times and not one person reached out to solve this. Was told GM would call and he could solve without me there but never heard from him and then corporate was given all of my contact info by the DM and never heard from them.
I had to have my bank dispute the charge. It is ridiculous that only one person can solve that issue. There should at least be two. And after going twice and no one could help me was offered no incentive to return.
I waited in a long line at chick fil a the other day and was given a card for free breakfast. Chick fil a didn’t even wrongly charge me and went above and beyond to make me feel like they cared for my inconvenience.
You are charging people amounts they did not purchase and aren’t even actively trying to fix it. That is wrong. I should not have to go into a location past 4:00 just to get results for an issue your system charged.
If I ever eat here again I will not use my card. This has clearly happened to other people because everyone I spoke to was very familiar with the issue.
So if you eat here check your statements and just go through your bank because it’s a nightmare to get Wendy’s to do anything about their issue.
I gave two stars because the employees were kind and did apologize but no one had the ability to solve it. But I do believe they could’ve offered a meal or even a frosty something to show they were sorry they couldn’t help.
I also reached out to corporate myself and never heard a word.
Wendy’s doesn’t care that they are wrongly charging people.

Read moreA coworker and I went there to pick up ours and four other orders. We first walked in and it took a few minutes to talk to us. Then when we told them we had 6 different orders and the cashier said that they couldn't do that. And then after we said it would be the same as if six different customers were here. She then proceeds to yell welp guys I tried making them put it on one order but they wouldn't so yall will get backed up. And her attitude was completely rude and by the fourth order I had it. So I said that will be our last order. It was very unprofessional and rude. Then we get all of our drinks made, waiting for the food. They hasn't even started yet. Finally get it together and I said we are missing an order. Then they have to find the receipt., finally found it. They proceed to make it and I hear the manager say here's the single. And I asked the cashier if this was a double. And she said yes. Well I opened the sandwich right up and it was a single. I said no I ordered a double, well it's in one of the bags. So I proceed to check all bags and not a double in the bag. I said I need that double, it's not in the bag and I payed for it. Then they finally start making it. The service was co.pletly u professional and just right upsetting. I will never eat there again, the food didn't taste too good and the food was cold. The service was extremely slow and the cleaners of the store was in bad shape. I would be ashamed to work there. The sign says new management but that doesn't change a bit. Read moreI ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget along with several other items. They told me they were cooking and asked me if I wanted regular ones, I said I would wait for the spicy. I waited for it to be called out, never heard it. After 10 minutes of patiently waiting I went back up to the counter and told the cashier I was still waiting for them. She said something unclear like she didn't know (whatever that means) and acted like it wasn't a problem and continued standing there. Another lady came up and said "oh those were yours?" And laughed about it. The cashier then said that the lady and some other worker was on crack multiple times. Still not addressing the issue I stepped aside and waited more, hoping one was going to get them soon. I overheard someone say there wasn't any left after they had just fried some. Still standing to the side, finally another cashier asked what I was waiting on. I said a 10 piece spicy, and I've been waiting for 10 min. She went to the cook and a couple minutes later I finally got them. My husband who was with me was on his break from work and was 10 min late because of this. I'm very disappointed with this visit. The staff was highly unprofessional and care free. I love the food but the staff makes me consider going somewhere else. I think this needs to be addressed and fixed. And as for the manager, you were doing an excellent job, and as you said "I am only one person" there was no reason someone couldn't step in and help, as they were standing around doing nothing.
