Visited the store twice so far as it is the closest Dunkinā to my house and had terrible experiences both times, will never go back. The employees are rude and make you feel like you are bothering them by placing an order. They pay very little attention to customers in the store as opposed to the drive thru. Iām pretty easy to please and donāt complain often and rarely write negative reviews but I was treated so rudely that I felt compelled to share my experiences.
The food was fine the first time, despite the experience; never had the chance to order the second time, after having waited in a short line for over 25 minutes and the employees shouting to everyone in line that they were busy, yet the drive thru customers didnāt wait long at all. Two people cut in front of me, but I donāt blame them because it was not obvious where the line started and they must have thought I was waiting on an already-placed order. I know I was in the correct line as there was tape on the floor because of covid protocols.

Whoever the guy is who works Saturday evenings is RUDE!!! He misheard me while ordering. I simply tried telling him I ordered 4 drinks, not 3 (I was not mad at all) and then said he asked me multiple times even though I corrected him when he read it back to me when I was ordering through the drive thru. I even tried explaining to him nicely I wanted 3 refreshers with lemonade and 1 with green tea and next thing I noticed he gives me a full blown attitude, rolls his eyes and closed the drive thru window while I was talking to him then proceeds to walk away. Today, when I called it out, the gentleman at the counter told me, āWe donāt have decaf, this is the same thing.ā That is dangerous, careless, and unacceptable.
Serving the wrong coffee to someone who cannot have caffeine puts lives at risk. If I get sick or worse, this store will be responsible. Customers deserve honesty and care, not laziness and excuses. This location needs serious retraining before...
