Wendy's — Restaurant in Ashland

We ordered a single and a double sandwich in a single chili. The chili was almost cold hardly even tepid. My hamburger felt refrigerator cold on the top of the bun so I asked them why my bread was cold he said he would make me another one he did not make me another one he came back after a few minutes gave me the same one but had burnt the top of the bun turned it dark brown therefore I did not eat it I just ate the piece of meat which was old tasting and almost partly burnt. My husband's double was not any better this place is no good to eat at I will never enter its doors again. The young people that work there in the kitchen could not care less about the customers they do as little as they want as they can especially on a night night like this where they didn't have any other customers. They hung around and talked and moved around but nobody fixed a good meal for us or a good hamburger. You would think at least the chili was hot but no it was not so goodbye Wendy's I will never eat at...

Always seem so unorganized anymore and can't seem to get an order correct. And management strives to accommodate but seem inadequate in their position. I had an issue with their pcs going down and my $3 off $15 coupon was not applied. Once I received my receipt, I brought it to the managers attention, who said, I can't just give you $3...I can refund and re-ring your order. So I agreed, and provided him with my phone (with my account code up), my debit card and the receipt...he left me at the window for nearly 5min, just to have the cashier bring me back my phone, card and THREE DOLLARS...the line got backed up, my food got cold, then to top it off, found out after getting home that NONE OF OUR THREE SANDWICHES were the JBC's we ordered....NO BACON... I called for a refund on my sandwiches. We will go to the KDMS Wendy's...

Me and my fiance went there a little bit before they were supposed to close on the 14th woman on the speaker was very nice she said that the person at the next window should give me my receipt person at the next window for I could even say anything so it's going to be a few minutes I said that's perfectly fine didn't mind the wait waited 20 to 25 minutes Guy brought me her stuff fries are cold I'd ordered three drinks only gave me two and I had ordered the new strawberry Frosty and he said that it was either shut down or clean or something didn't get it but I do believe we paid for it he went back in to get the other drink and then brought me my strawberry Frosty not a very good experience and never did get a receipt because for what he could have told me in the beginning they were out of...
