the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am actually concerned the reason their girls at the front are so disrespectful is because their supervisor on the floor adds to it. lazy, won't go above and beyond for simple requests such as request for receipt, adding milk to my child's hot chocolate to cool it down, THE EYE ROLLING and silent treatment, walking away while I was asking a question and so aggressive (slap the cup down with the milk and walking away without a word. there is no greeting, no friendly goodbye. Went here for a nice time with the in-laws, two times, flying in and out of Green Bay. The place is very nice, in Titletown. Kind of like a little sandwich shop type atmosphere. It is right next to the big play area so that is awesome! The food was really good, no complaints there. Service was good the first time, no problems, except they wouldn't refill the water cups they gave us. Then, the second time we went they wouldn't even give us a cup of water, which was odd and frustrating.
