Horrible experience. Our server was MIA after we placed our order. Finally got our food after 40 minutes and asking a busser to check the status. The manager brought our food out with no acknowledgement that we had to wait. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. The food quality was horrible. The onion rings were cold, coleslaw was warm, and the chicken tenders were so greasy and burned we couldn't eat them. Quick to be seated and the server was quick to take our order. Our drinks came quick but our food order was very very slow to come out. The server seemed to realize this and came over to offer complimentary cocktail or desert which we declined. The manager came over and apologized and said our food would be out shortly. We had the chicken sandwich and roast beef with cheese sandwich. The food was very good. They took the price of my husband's beer off the bill. We were there on a Saturday morning. Slightly pricey as expected. No credit card service charge, great decor, friendly staff fast service. The walleye fish was great, the fries were nice and tasty, spicy and warm. However, the honey, mustard dressing on the Northwood salad was oily, and without taste, it was the most expensive and crappy salad during our encounters around the area this week the kids pigs in a blanket were good.
