My company ordered from the Green Bay location this week. I placed the order online, the owner followed up personally over email to thank me. Then, confirmed the order the next day. When I picked it up, it was already packaged perfectly. One of the sandwiches was a "no bun" request and they made a lettuce wrap out of it. 10 out of 10, 100% customer service. This was my first visit to Honey Baked Ham and have to say I was quite surprised. The biggest surprise was that they had gluten free bread that actually tasted pretty good. I had the Tavern Club and there was actual meat on it (next time I will ask for more lettuce) but it tasted really good & was filling and it was priced right. The cafe was neat & clean. Been ordering sandwiches for staff luncheons for years from this place. Everyone knows they have the best sandwiches in town. Finally decided to get one of their hams for Christmas.
