Management Cierra is very rude i was their at 9:50 this morning waiting at the speaker in which you order through know one said anything. I can see one car ahead of me.I spoke atleast 3xs in which their was no response.I then lightly tapped my horn.I assumed maybe they were using the restroom.Finally a lady yelled you can just drive off because were not taking your order. I was shocked I'm like they didn't just do that.It was a rough morning just coming from a 6am chemotherapy appointment and my dad wanted a breakfast sandwich.I then called the store.I asked for the manager,who answered while in the middle of talking to the employee. She answered and said did the pay yet.I asked can i speak to the manager, she says i am the manager I explained what happened, she said its common since to not beep the horn.I asked for the employee's name. She said employee.I explained i needed because im calling corporate she said do as you may and hung up.This is the the 3rd time i waited in a line and they didn't answer.I'm beginning to think they milk the clock or just dont want to make more sandwiches...
Read moreMy daughter loved the nuggets so I got in line at the drive-thru. I noticed the 2 cars before me took a long time but I didn’t pay any attention as to why. As I moved up to next in line I noticed that the car before me was just sitting there most of the time and he wasn’t even giving his order. He looked confused and annoyed but I still waited my turn. When we finally got the the speaker to place our order a miserable voice said “Welcome to Wendy’s hold on a minutes.” I said sure and waited…. And waited and waited. Cars build up and people started yelling out there window as I sit in front of the speaker for over 10 minutes. If they were short staffed this is not the way to handle it. You don’t just let cars sit for long periods of time without any notification. There were no other cars in the parking lot other than the huge line forming behind me. It seems to me that management needs to get a handle on the workers because someone (everyone) hates their job that works there...
Read moreWe just had dinner at the Wendys in Aston. PA. Never a disappointment at this location. They are always friendly, food on hot & fresh and dining area clean. Today Hana took our order. She was very friendly and had a nice attitude. She was very patient and if she was annoyed with our multiple transactions, she didn't show it at all. The team cooked our food as requested and everything was hot & fresh. We went back up for dessert and Sonjae took our order. She was also very pleasant. Great job to management for hiring good people. The entire staff was awesome. We live in Delaware and will go out of the way (including passing another Wendys location) to go to this location because of the service, quality of food and cleanliness of the dining room Thanks for another...
