Only problem I keep having is I order unsweetened iced Tea three visits in s row and keep getting sweet tea!. I even took time to tell the the person that took my order to "make sure I get unsweetened tea", he said sorry about that and low and behold I got sweet tea AGAIN!!!! This time I refused to move out the line until they took it back and gave me unsweetened tea! It's not enough to make me stop going there, but it is annoying! They need to pay attention because I guarantee you chick-fill-a don't make these mistakes!! ijs.
07-02- 2023. Went here and ordered number three with bacon and cheese and they left off the lettuce no tomatoes no mustard no mayo! I continue to get my order screwed up here! It got so bad till now I don't even order iced tea unsweetened because I don't want to see them have to pour out good tea just because they get the order wrong! People that don't want sugar will throw it away. So to keep them from wasting tea I simply don't order it anymore. Now my burger was wrong and that means I have to call the store and speak with the manager. I spoke with a guy named cliff and said that he would replace my order. I don't understand why they continue to make the same mistakes they need to slow down and get the orders right it's very annoying when you want a burger and get home and find out that it's not what you ordered. I guess I'm simply going to have to stop open the bag breakdown my burger and see if everything is in Between the Buns that I ordered and who really wants to do that through the drive-thru my hands are not clean and I don't want to touch my burger till I get home and wash my hands! Like I said I guarantee you Chick-fil-A is not making these mistakes on a regular basis! If I continue to have problems here I'll drive another mile and a half down the road to the next one and see if I get better service!
Friday August 25th 2023 I decided to try Whataburger again and continue to experience the same thing! I know I said I wasn't going to even order unsweetened iced tea anymore but dang it I forgot and did it again and they forgot indeed it again too they gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea! The guy that brought it out I asked him twice are you sure this is unsweetened and he assured me yes it is so I told him hold up one second while I check and I lifted the lid and took a sip and there it was more sweet tea again! I guess they thought I was just going to drive off and find out when I get home! They have burned me now probably five times with this tea! I'm simply going to go somewhere else like I said before I guarantee you Chick-fil-A it's not making these mistakes! I guarantee you McDonald's on the other side of the freeway is not making these mistakes on a regular basis! I don't know what it is or what it's going to take but this Whataburger just can't seem to get it right! My burger be wrong sometimes sometimes it's not but the thing is if I gave them a wrong amount of money sometime they wouldn't accept that no time! So why can't I get what I pay for? Today again I sent it back and simply drove off and I'm sure they poured it down the drain. I hate wasting food and drink simply because someone continues to make mistakes! Read moreI went to the drive-thru and ordered a #5 with no tomatoes, an avocado burger meal with no tomatoes, and a kids chicken tender meal. I paid, received my bags, and left. Upon arriving home and sitting down with my family to eat, we noticed both burgers had no patty! Upset that I had to go back up to the restaurant... I drove all of the way back from my house to the restaurant. When I got there, I went in and explained to the cashier up front that my burgers didn't have patties. He took it to the back. I patiently waited 15 minutes while others came and went with their food. While I waited, I noticed that another customer came in because they had forgotten her fries. Another customer wasn't given his onion rings. Both of these customers were helped before me despite coming in after me. I still said nothing, just patiently waited. Finally, the manager, Cliff L. (I forgot his last name) came up to me with my food. With an attitude, he said, "By the way, I was the one who made your original order, and I went back and looked at the cameras, and it was correct. I made it over this time, but don't try this again!" To which I responded, "Are you serious? My order was not right, that is why I had to drive back up here and wait!" To which he implied that I was a liar whom stole the patties out of my burgers. This pissed me off and made me very upset, to which I had some choice words before he walked off and went to the back. Read moreNope! Don't go there. Drive thru takes forever, never made it thru,even after 30 minutes. So, went inside,1person in line,placed my order and waited & waited. Others came in and placed their, some get theirs and leave. I check on my order,the young lady goes to the back,I watch her and I could see the food prep area, they're working but nothing coming out. I don't know. 10 minutes in a slew of young people coming from the back just started hanging out. The hostess now having a blast! That's fine, but, where is my food?I ask her again, she went back and I saw her go to the fryer & below the onion rings were stored, she puts some in the fryer and came back out front to her register, proceeded to take orders, but in passing me she said something about onion rings. After taking the next order I noticed she never changed her gloves. I called it to her attention, she said I didn't touch your food. 3 managers right there,nothing said. Meanwhile, the crew that just got off was still there hanging out. Then 2 of the guys went to the back, no gloves,didn't wash hands just started fixing their food and eating while laughing out loud.
