Response to response: An employee's probationary period has nothing to do with your customers. Honestly, it's no one's business outside of management and that particular employee. Very unprofessional 1 star deduction because the system won't allow me to deduct 2. Anyway, my review wasn't solely about the employee; it was mainly about the food. The wings were pitiful and calzone pathetic. If you read the second to last sentence, I mentioned that his actions may have been a forewarning of how dissatisfied I would be with the food. Grow up and learn to take some responsibility for your lackluster recipes.
Original review: The food really isn't that great 2 star deduction. I never knew lemon pepper wings meant a sprinkle of lemon pepper on foil with wings thrown on top. I should've read the 1 and 2 star reviews; the calzone was nothing short of dough, too much sauce, and a sprinkle of meat. Awful! The dessert pies are nice (not really cheesecake tasting but acceptable) earning 1 star. Delivery guy was a bit rude and strange *2 star deduction *. He called and when I answered, sat quietly without a word. He hung up and started to leave. I had to chase him down for my food. Maybe he was secretly doing me a favor. Anyway, I won't order from here again.

Super nice guy, very easygoing, totally a person you'd have a beer with.
I learned a few things that have made me change my impression: adding spices is an extra, so make sure you ask for it ("hook it up"). If you order through EatStreet, they charge extra for popular items because they charge DP Dough a commission fee. That being said, if you ask for extra sauces like marinara on the side and you order through EatStreet, they might not give it to you because technically you didn't pay for it-- this is something they are working to figure out, though. If you call them directly, their prices are a bit lower and you'd get to talk to nice-guy David! Bonuses are always a treat. I respect this company. Also, their delivery drivers are kind and gentle with your food.
Previous post: 4 dollars for cheese tots isn't worth it. There were no spices on the calzone so it was super bland. I asked for sour cream and marinara and got neither except for ketchup. Go to Eddie's Calzones instead-- more tots, better cheese, spices on the Calzones and the fully...
Read moreMy wife and I went here Saturday night after a long trip. We were greeted and gave our order, we went to sit down to wait for our food and that’s when it all went down hill. After about fourth minutes, a young lady behind the counter asked if we were waiting for something. We told her we were waiting on our order, and she had a confused look on her face. She poked around on a tablet, and looked in a food storage area when she finally told us “oh… your order never went through that’s why it didn’t get made…”. And that was it.. she sat there looking at us with no attempt to fix the issue. My wife said “let’s just go” and that is what it took to finally get the woman to say “well we can make it or I can give you your money back”. I told her to just give me my money back please… after clicking around on her tablet some more, she determined I was never charged and dismissed me. I then checked my bank statement and showed her I had in fact been charged. Another confused look was given when a gentleman came over and refunded our money. Training your people in customer service is very important to a businesses success. Do...
