I was walking by this place and saw a sign from the road that said “coffee shop” on a old looking industrial sort of brick wall. I thought “oh cool! A vintage coffee shop sign.” Then I started to think that there may actually be a coffee shop there as well. Very nondescript. The graduate is a hotel. I went to grab coffee with some friends visiting for the holidays. The coffee was great as was the biscuit. I got the BEC (bacon, scrambles eggs, and cheese). The coffee shop is the same room as the registration for the hotel. The vibe was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
