Jittery Joe's Coffee - Downtown — Restaurant in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

I normally LOVE Jittery Joes and the people that work there. However, this particular morning, I arrived 6 minutes early to my favorite coffee place to study and drink coffee before my test and classes. I was met with a not-so-happy and not-so-friendly employee who wouldn't let me in to set up to study while they finished opening. I asked if he could ask his manager if they could let me in a little early(6 minutes early) to set up before ordering and he responded hesitantly that he would ask the manager working (he seemed very afraid), then proceeded to ask his manager, and came back with a no. However, he said I could wait in the dark outside the restaurant until they opened. Ridiculous and unfriendly policy for such a locally known place. Very disappointed in this service encounter. Awful experience. I ordered a 2 bagels and a smoothie and wanted my bagels toasted with cream cheese. And for the price I would expect them to spread the cream cheese on there for me. So I'm patiently waiting as I see my bagels are out of the toaster and they get thru like 5 other customer and I see the one girl say something to the other and the first girl goes "ohhh!" Obviously she forgot about my bagel. No big deal but then she proceeded to just toss the bagels in the bag and some cream cheese packets. Why the hell was I waiting at all if you are just gonna toss the in the bag and make me do the work. Never...
