Arby's — Restaurant in Athens Township

I use to love Wendy’s and went there on my lunch break about every day, got very ill off an ice punkin coffee around thanksgiving and was throwing up and didn’t even touch any of my lunch I called and asked to speak to the manager, and the manager got on the phone and I told her that I had got very sick and been thrown up off the iced coffee and I would like to come back with my food and the coffee that I only took a sip out of and it was puking for hours to get my money back and take all the food and the drink back to the restaurant and the manager informed me that she was not gonna give me my money back she would switch out my food and my drink. There was nothing wrong with the food, they serve there, she was very rude and three days prior to the day that I got sick. My son and his girlfriend had also gotten food there and had throwing up also the night and was denied a refund so there was absolutely horrible and I will never ever go there again for any type of food, product or drink they’re lucky. Best Arby's I have been to in years. Was very pleased with our meal. Put together perfect. Haven't had one in years like it. We enjoy Arby's food.. Everything was very enjoyable. Doing it all over again on the 22nd in Sayer. They take pride in this store franchise the food, the store inside and out very clean . Amazing workers working together to get your order perfect and very pleasant in greeting and fast courteous service. They were somewhat older behind the counter. Appreciate seeing real adults working earning paychecks. The owner of this franchise can be very proud of his location and his employees. He has to be a super star boss it shows in his employees. I have already spread the word about your store. Many friends and relatives go to Sayer for the hospital and clinics for help. I visited this Arby's w/my 90 yr old father @his request. The restaurant was clean, the counter staff was helpful, polite & patient. I made a special shake request & the order taker suggested a special shake they call a 'tiger' or 'liger'. It was a great suggestion which I appreciated.
