Poor customer service because the old lady taking the orders is cold and rude. They have a sign up saying you have to ask for celery, but the same lady said the stop giving celery a long time ago due to covid. (fyi: other wing places are still giving out celery and you don't have to ask for it.). The wings are very small, average sauce and fries are small too and bland (just out the bag). Making it a comb will run you $15+ at this location. As for the cleanliness of the place, it's below average. Why? the waiting area for orders are just tables pushed together, so there isn't alot to clean, but it looked like no one is cleaning. Sadly this was my first time at this location and my last. My truth is, if it wasn't for me wanting something fast, I would not have gotten anything, but I will give a "hole in the wall place a chance because there are some very good ones in the ATL". However, restaurant isn't one I would...
Read moreEverytime I come to this location I have worst experience. There is an older black woman that I believe is the manager now, she's very rude everytime I come in to all customers. There is another younger black girl and she's not as rude but she was rude to a group of older women that were eating. They have a sign up that says they closed on Saturdays at 8:50 which is weird but ok. Myself and two other tables were still eating. They turn the lights down and music off. Began spraying tables cleaning at 8:30. The spray was horrible to smell while eating. The fumes were almost unbearable. They were rude talking loud saying we need to leave cause there closing soon. Total horrible experience as usual at this location. Try the Moreland Ave or Hill St locations next time. Completely...
Read moreSeeing that this particular location has an average rating of 3.3 stars and reading the reviews, I can't help but notice that the concerns that I have about this place are common themes- poor food, rude cashiers, overpriced items, dirty location, etc. Yet despite all of this, no improvements are ever made to change things for the better. This tells me that whoever owns this place, simply does not care about customers having a good experience there. That being the case, they will no longer be getting my business because they do not deserve it. You want to have a successful business? Make the changes you obviously need to make. Until that happens, there are no shortage of other places in Atlanta to get food at, many of which actually APPRECIATE their...
