Value, value, value. There's nothing that gets this foodie's heart ticking like tasty food at a great price point. Yes, this is fast casual dining, but it's done well with a healthy serving size that won't leave you hungry at the end. My husband and I each ordered our own teriyaki bento boxes, which come with a few pieces of California roll, rice, and a choice of two sides. I was surprised at how well my salmon teriyaki turned out. It was quite tender (save a few thinner parts long the sides, which were expectedly drier) and I was most surprised by the fact that there were two small fillets atop my rice. Talk about value! I wish I could tell you about my husband's chicken teriyaki but after his first bites, he quietly angled his plate away from me and shoveled it into his mouth until there was nothing left. I suppose that's saying something. There were a few minor dings here and there. The rolls, for instance, aren't true California rolls since there's nothing inside except imitation crab meat. My husband deigned to order a side salad, which turned out to be a clamshell Styrofoam container filled with chopped iceberg lettuce and a few julienned carrots throughout. No other veggies, no dressing, just lettuce. But now that we've learned our lesson, I hope that keeps you from making the same mistake and ordering from the more exciting parts of their menu. Anything with the teriyaki sauce would probably be a good bet. It's isn't too sweet and has a fair resemblance to the Sarku teriyaki one might find at a mall food court (the pinnacle of teriyaki in my book). Service is brisk at the counter, and the food was ready mere minutes after we'd chosen our table and visited the (clean) restroom. There's no street parking available, but there's a decently sized garage/lot a few doors down.

Warning: When ordering Bento Box sides they are less than what are shown on the Side Menu amounts. My girlfriend chose the Dumplings and instead of (6) shown on the menu they gave only 2. I chose Crab Rangoons and instead of (3) shown on the menu they gave 2, I also chose Tempura Shrimp and instead of (3) shown on the menu they gave 1. I went to the cashier and a gentleman appeared and said that’s how it is; if that’s how it is why is that NOT stated from the cashier when ordering our 2 bento boxes, why is it NOT written on the menu, for example to the dumplings having a (6) (2) and ā€œNormal Sideā€ ā€œBento Sideā€ text. We ordered the Teriyaki Salmon Bento and Teriyaki Steak Bento. The food tasted great but the lack of correct menu quantities and lack of communicating it to the customer verbally makes one feel this restaurant is overpriced compared to other restaurants of similar food options.

This teriyaki joint is becoming one of my go to spots! Food is consistently good, fast service, reasonable price and well portioned. I get the chicken teriyaki with shrimp. I’ve gotten their tofu teriyaki and that is also bangin. It’s simple, they don’t have a big menu and don’t need one. Go for the teriyaki. If you have kids they have a very well priced kids teriyaki as well.

Great little spot to grab something. These days, you're typcially looking at like $16 out the door at any place that isn't a literal sandwich shop, even at very casual counter serve places. I can walk in here and $10 later I have enough really good food for two meals. Truthfully the food probably isn't all that different from most of the other casual/fast Chinese or Japanese places, but the cleanliness of the interior, how polite the staff is, and the fact that it doesn't upset my stomach just combine to make me think that this stuff is really solid! It's nothing life changing, but again, the massive portions that can be split or used for another leftover meal and great taste make it a regular choice.

I think someone else mentioned they got 100% on their health/cleanliness inspection and it shows. Place looks like a Jimmy John's inside, and that's a compliment (of course the restaurant is also like brand new, but still).

Staff is always super cool and for whatever reason, being offered yum yum sauce and throwing two full up containers in for free, I know it costs next to nothing but it's just a nice thing that makes me feel good as a customer. Staff seems happy and is never rude.

This may sound bad but I also love how they don't pressure to leave a tip, and it's not on the receipt. I know people need to make a living but it's endlessly frustrating when I'm trying to save money and go to some quick place where there's no table service for a $9 order and after taxes, tip, up charges, it's approaching $15 largely because they hand you a receipt and pen to sign for a tip. For $15-17 I'm just going to go and sit down and get a burger entree or something with actual table service or takeout from restaurant. $10 and 5-10 mins later I'm on the way home with essentially two filling...

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever witnessed firsthand. I ordered my food in the restaurant and waited for it. While waiting, I noticed this gentleman returned his food after 5-10, saying his order was wrong. Mind you, the order was opened and left out of the restaurant. I observed the manager's name; Niko called my number and attempted to reserve me the same order that was brought back in.

I refused and requested a refund and told him that was NASTY!!!! I was so upset that I called back to complain, and he answered and said he tried to offer to remake the order. He got upset and hung up on me because I called him out! He never offered to remake it until I called back and complained. He only offered to remake it after he got caught! I will call the health department to review further this restaurant's practices I will NEVER go back here or recommend it after my experience! I’m...
