This restaurant definitely have people here working with poor service and attitudes. I understand that working with fast food can be a bit frustrating however, the paying customers who come to your store don’t need to feel your frustration. I just wanted to get me and my son something to eat after I had a long day at work. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case here at this location. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and there was one guy inside the store waiting on his food. I supposed the dining room was open because the front door was open and one guy was at the register waiting on his food. Once I came in, no one greeted me. I seen one guy with glasses walked outside with a bag. It’s possible he could’ve been a manager because he had on a different shirt then everyone else. He didn’t speak to me either. Two other males with red shirts came to the register and was talking on the headset, both of the gentlemen seen me and also didn’t speak. So I continued to wait for someone to take my order, by that time the man with the glasses who I thought was the manager came back in and walked to the back. Once again I still didn’t get acknowledged. Everyone was moving around working. I wait exactly 12 mins in line and still no one acknowledged me at all! Once the customer in front of me got his bag of food, he left and here I was still waiting another 4 mins. Another gentleman in a red shirt came from the back and looked at me. He asked me if I was waiting on a order and I said no I was waiting to place one. He proceed to tell me the dining room is closed, then turned around and walked to the back. Didn’t even take my order and I wait there 16 mins for someone to tell me the dining room close. I was very upset with how that was handled. The front door should’ve never been opened if the dining room is closed! If you all see someone in your dining room, someone should’ve communicated with me and maybe I wouldn’t of been so upset. But it’s the lack of concern from your employees that bothers me. If a manager was on the premises there shouldn’t be no reason why there wasn’t any floor awareness. I should not have waited that long to be approached! If this same restaurant was located on the north side I guaranteed the service would be much better and I shouldn’t have to be around the white folks to get good service! I placed an order for a 2pc chicken meal, I paid and received my food. Upon opening the box I saw the chicken was very dark and overcooked. I asked the cashier for different chicken and she did so. However, the chicken was still overcooked and burnt looking.
I said to the cashier its okay I'd just like a refund please. She told me there are no refunds pointing to a sign behind me. All the workers in the establishment were very upset that I was dissatisfied with my meal that I paid for. They made loud comments, "what is she talking about the food is on a timer! Mr.cook you need to be quiet and learn how to clean them fryers and change the oil properly.
Then comes fourth the rudest of them all, the manager (pictured below). She proceeds to tell me there's no refunds and if there's no chicken that Id like, then just leave her drive thru. I let her know that the meal was subpar and I was not interested in the chicken rather I just needed my refund.
To make a long story short, she proceeded to take videos and pictures of me, came outside took photos of my car & license plate. She came to the front of my car taking more pictures of me. What was the purpose of that? I took a photo of her at that point. She returned back inside to start banging and pushing on the drive thru window gesturing with her hands for me to get out of her drive thru! Shes screaming at this point while my window is up, yelling to me to get out the car so we could "handle it." She states, yeah I bet your too scared to get out that car!
I don't know what gave Ms. ghetto old lady, unfit, Kfc-minimum wage worker the impression that I was scared of any sort. You put your entire store in potential danger by acting out of emotions. You have no clue who people are or what they are capable of.
Nonetheless, I kept the utmost calm composure the ENTIRE time with this lady as she antagonized me with photos, yelling and recording. There are so many way in which this situation could have been rectified. Compassion & compensation would have been nice. Lastly, when does KFC restaurant make a policy of no refunds to dissatisfied customers?

Read moreTerrible. The cashier took my order through drive thru me and the person I was with had two separate orders never gave us receipts . The cashier made us pull up and wait for the food no problem. The problem occured when they brought out one bag with the order of the person i was with I called KFC like hey I didn't get my order very rude very nasty . They handed me my kids meal but refused to give me the chicken sandwich meal I paid for .they lied saying we drove off and forgot the order please check the camera footage . We went back around drive thru the cashier that took our order proceeds to yell THEM PEOPLE BACK .The manager came to the window yelling at me saying how I didn't order the sandwich meal and how I only got the kids meal who buying a kids meal for $14 I kept asking for my receipt and she kept over talking and yelling being rude . When she found the receipt I got no apology I asked for a refund she said they don't do refunds . I will not be back the behavior was unacceptable yelling and being rude over a mistake they made very ghetto I didn't even eat the food they made the way they was acting I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in it .
