Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Atlanta

This chic-fil-a is run by good for nothing Georgia Tech food service employees. If chic-fil-a was able to handle hiring/firing, I believe this place would be magnitudes of order more efficient.

The one star given is because the food is not terrible—the other four taken off were due to the following:

1. terrible customer service
2. always running out of certain foods/sauces (who is in charge of inventory???)
3. long waiting times (sometimes upwards of 30 min for 20 people)
4. employee laziness (never going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I heard tonight, “I’m ready to go home” multiple times from the same employee who was standing around instead of helping the long line of customers. This has happened upon multiple visits.)

All of these reasons make this chic-fil-a one of the worst I have ever seen. All of the previous reasons would be fixed if the companies inside of the GT student center could hire/fire...

Everytime I go to this Chick Fil A, the employees are engaged in gossip rather than attentive to the customers. If you ask for Coca Cola, they will give you lemonade, because they were not listening. Ask for sauce, and you will never get any, because they were not listening. Return to the counter to get your order corrected or to get sauce, and they will look at you and ignore you until you yell, "May I have barbecue sauce?" Today the issue was ice.
