I’ve been a regular here for a while, but things have seriously gone downhill ever since they closed the other location. All the new faces behind the counter clearly have no idea how to handle a rush they are understaffed, move slowly, look confused, and the whole place feels chaotic during busy times. The new pastries are like stale Costco instead of fresh. On top of that, the espresso machine is dirty and seems half-broken. The drinks taste off, and it’s honestly kind of gross to watch them use it. Also, no recommendation menu anymore? It used to be easy to tell what you were ordering. I went back recently and they didn't have 3 of the iced coffee flavors, several sandwich ingredients, or smoothies (we went at 2 PM on a Monday so the "it's not smoothie time" claim is strange. When IS smoothie time because it doesn't say on the menu). They didn't have the iced coffee they did offer in the stirring/dispenser machines- they just had the gallons sitting out on the counter. I got a 465 which is my usual order and it didn't taste how it normally does, I guess because it wasn't the right temp and hadn't been stirred. There were only 3 employees and one was MIA as the other two kept saying "where is X?" Stay away because the prices are...

Only open on weekends though. Their main location is on the bottom floor of the Georgia Tech Student Center - better espresso machine, more variety, etc.
Service has been exceptionally friendly and prompt at every visit. I learn something new about the company or the coffee every time. Price is right on point and maybe even a little cheap for the quality and flavor.
Tear Jerker comes recommended. Learned today that the coffee is ground smaller. More caffeine & more coffee to water...
