Panda Express — Restaurant in Atlanta

Normally, I enjoy loving my Panda Express between classes. However, today in particular, there was a woman named Takita working. I had never seen her before, gladly, and I hope to never see her again. By far the worst attitude I have ever seen from someone working here. I ordered Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and Sweetfire chicken. The Sweetfire chicken was out, so I elected to wait until it was ready and done. 20 minutes go by, and I was still waiting for my food. I had already paid, so I couldn't just leave and go to my obligations. Then, I saw a plate with Chow Mein, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. I told the worker I thought it may have been mine, and teriyaki chicken may have been put on by mistake. Then, Ms. Takita came out of no where with a horrendous attitude, telling me I was distracting the cashier from doing her job. I calmly explained that I think my food has been sitting there in error, yet Ms. Takita was not hearing any of it. She went on to yell at me, across the small store, what I wanted on my plate, still in the ridiculous attitude. I eventually got my food (by now, 30 minutes late), as well as a nasty smirk from Ms. Takita. I understand some people may have stressful days or cannot contain their emotions and let them spill into the workplace, but it is not right to treat a customer, who had been standing there (not nothing anyone, just simply watching and waiting) in wait of the correct order, in the way I was treated today. Some of the workers here are very rude. I went to get food here today and I was initially going to wait for orange chicken but i noticed sesame chicken was just restocked so i asked a lady to please give me that instead to which she said would and then a male server came and snatched my plate out of her hand and starts talking to her like she's stupid like doesn't she see what was written on the plate and then she says I asked her to and he looks at me and says "do you want to change it or no" in a harsh tone almost like he was shouting at me and im like yeah thats what i asked her to do. He then takes my plate and starts throwing the chicken into my plate and packs all the oil and i'm there shocked cause why was he giving me such negative energy. Another day my friend went there and she was trying to decide what she wanted and a worker rudely told her to hurry up order. I usually really like Panda Express. This location definitely skimps on the entrees. Most of the campus staff is always welcoming, but I just had an encounter today with staff that made me not want to return. Their hours have recently changed. I was nicely asking if they were opening in 2 minutes because the cage was up and the food was out. I got a rude reply saying they weren't opening from a lady walking away from me while the other employees stared at me. As I walked away, they closed the cage just to reopen it 5-10 minutes later (betwen 10:00 and 10:30 AM). Disappointing to be...
