So this place has rubbed me the wrong way! First of all, they screwed up my past four orders even when i called and let them know the mistake that they made. The last order that was made they left off a drink from a meal that was meant for someone else. I spoke with the manager today, she was slightly rude, cutting me off and not really listening to me but told me that they would not be able to deliver because of too many issues, when all they had to do was to check my food before they sent it out to be delivered and had the nerve to say that her drivers dont want to come here because its too far when we are less than 2 miles away from them and even went on to say that her drivers said that they didnt want to come because i complain anout my food being wrong. I always tip the drivers everytime even when they act like they dont want to come inside or they act like they cant find the place which is odd because i work at a place that orders from them multiple times a week. I am so upset that the manager was not apologetic at only, if anything i felt like she was punishing me for not being satified with my food that was messed up on 4 times in a row. Yes this place has great food which is why we order here a lot, but that doesnt make a difference if they cannot follow simple instructions and just own up to the mistake. The way management handled this situation was completely inappropriate and unprofessional and we spend a lot of money here weekly but after today they wont...

Wingnuts is a prime example of a store realizing the sheer potential of its location in a college campus. Its wings are expensive and their only flavor is due to the mediocre sauce each type of wing has, and they even skimp on that, putting as little sauce as possible. They don't even try on the fries, and when you ask for cajun seasoning on them they just throw it all on the center without even trying to spread it a bit.

All that aside, MAYBE this place would be worth it if the staff was nice, out of sheer convenience to so many students. But that isn't even slightly the case, and I'm referring to the manager in particular. Half the workers there are student, so they're pretty apathetic and just do what they're told which isn't really a problem, unless your boss is cheap and rude like the manager at Wingnuts is. One small example is their deal on Wednesdays, where they give half a pound of wings free if you buy a pound or more. Wingnuts stays open until pretty late, past midnight, but apparently if you come on Tuesday night past midnight, making it WEDNESDAY, the deal doesn't apply? Yet if you're 5 minutes past midnight on Wednesday, it's too late.

Yea no, this place sucks. By the way, Wingnuts has now moved to the other side of the GT campus, although that information honestly shouldn't be use to anyone with any desire for quality...

I had a terrible experience with Wing Nuts Midtown, and I won’t be returning. I called to place an order but didn’t have my card on me, so the staff told me to order online. I did just that, but I accidentally placed two orders. Immediately, I called back to explain the situation and asked them to cancel the second order. The cashier assured me it was canceled and said I would receive a refund within a few days.

Fast forward to day seven—still no refund. I called again to follow up, and the same cashier told me, “You should be getting it in a couple of days or tomorrow.” Well, it’s been more than a week, and still no refund.

This happened on December 22nd, and I’m a college student, so $33 is a lot for me to lose. If they don’t offer refunds, they should have been upfront instead of giving me the runaround. The lack of honesty and professionalism is disappointing.

To anyone reading this, be careful ordering online from Wing Nuts Midtown. If you make a mistake, don’t expect any help or accountability from them. I have proof I called and canceled before picking up my food, yet I’m still out of pocket. This place doesn’t care about...

Wingnuts delivers exactly what it promises: no-frills chicken done right. This isn’t the place for Instagram-worthy presentations or artisanal anything – it’s a straightforward joint that focuses on what matters most: good food at fair prices. The real star here is their sauce game. They don’t hold back – expect your wings to arrive absolutely drenched in whatever flavor you choose, and there are plenty to pick from. The generous sauce application means every bite packs flavor, though you might want to keep those napkins handy. What sets Wingnuts apart is its unpretentious approach. The styrofoam containers and plastic forks tell you everything you need to know about the vibe – this is comfort food without the markup. The late hours make it a reliable option when most other places have closed up shop. For anyone seeking fancy ambiance or gourmet twists on classic wings, look elsewhere. But if you want solid chicken, bold sauces, and a price that won’t break the bank, Wingnuts hits the spot. Sometimes simple really is better.

I’m in town for a concert and decided to try something different from what I usually order. Ordered a combo #2, for my husband and I, which was thirty something dollars but, ended up paying $55 to have it delivered. Apparently, they don’t know what boneless wings are and sent all chicken tenders and said the boneless wings and tenders are the same! Even though it said bone in wings on the app but, something different on the Google website!!! The food was greasy and has no taste even though I could see the seasoning, the inside tastes raw and was soft. The fries had no seasoning even tho I ordered the season salt fries. I saw that their rating was up and look over American Deli trying to try something new …Even My husband say it’s disgusting !! He couldn’t finish and he love wings and tenders!!! I regret spending unnecessary money with this place. Never again.

They put the fries on top of the wings and I think it helps to keep the wings hot. I tried the lemon pepper and Louisiana barbecue flavors. They did not shy away from properly seasoning the wings. Everything was very hot. They have a miniature Coke Freestyle machine called Flex and it has a nice selection of beverages. the service was straight forward. The atmosphere seems like your typical atl wing spot but cleaner. I’d come back to try more food.
