Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Atlanta

Customer service is non existent. We placed an order online and it was routed to this location, which is far from my residence. We didn’t find this out until the delivery driver, Keith, actually arrived and complained about the distance. Definitely understand, but that was not a customer error. Once we called in, the reason provided was that the original store was backed up. Again, not a customer’s fault. To prevent this error this time, we called the store directly. After waiting for 35 minutes, I receive a call saying, ‘Hey this is far from us and you gotta call the store near you because your pizza is not going to get delivered.’ I said, ‘This is a dominos error, not mine so I’m not sure why you’re so hostile and have an attitude with me.’ He then stated, ‘Well, I’m just trying to help you out because your pizza won’t get delivered.’ Angry, I just hung up the phone and called the customer service line. Shockingly, I get Keith, the driver from the first incident. He apologized what happened and was referring messages to another co-worker. I stated, ‘Just refund my money.’ Someone by the name of ‘Jeff’ stated the refund has been processed. I hope it appears after pending and Domino’s has no worry about getting another dime from me whether in Florida, Georgia, California, or any...

I'm editing this because I have to mention that the last two times I ordered from this Domino's it was actually pretty decent The food was good the pizza was cooked fine(brownies are usually over cooked a bit. there was cheese on pizza both times. PLUS the delivery guy was even super helpful the last time I ordered because Uber Eats didn't give me the discount advertised to me and they adjusted it at the store so it charged me the proper amount in the end. So they definitely get SOME credit...... However This time is just awful. And I never read the reviews on here until now but I guess they're really well known for not adding cheese to pizza and how can you have pizza without cheese ???!!!I mean I get it, Dairy prices are up you know?,... it's expensive for dairy products right now but come on man you have to put cheese on pizza you can't just not put any or put the smallest amount that it doesn't even show it once it's cooked!! That's not cool. I ordered pineapple spinach with extra sauce and feta and provolone added. This is what I got. Looks like the only cheese in this is feta. This is the worst pizza I have ever ordered in my 40 years on earth. Wow....

this place is my go to domino’s and i live eight minutes away from here. i ordered 1 pizza at around 10:53. i got an email confirmation saying that my pizza will arrive in about 15-25 minutes. about 30 minutes go by and im just sitting waiting for my pizza, but sometimes i know it does take time to make pizza so it didnt really bother me. but then an hour and a half goes by, and im really starting to get a little impatient. i constantly look at my tracker and it says its being quality checked. then it hits the 2 hour mark, still saying that my pizza is being quality checked. so i call the store in hopes they would tell me whats on, and the employee said hold on, then hung up on me. i called them back and she was like your pizza is on the way.. another hour goes by, and right as the store is closing, my pizza is being delivered to my house. but it doesnt end up getting delivered, it ends up getting canceled. why? i dont know, but im really upset. i waited three and a half hours for food that i wouldnt even receive, with no explanation as to why it was...
