I am a shift manager at a pizza shop so maybe our standards of customer service have caused me to be a little snobby. I'll let you decide. On May 16th, 2018 I ordered 2 pizzas online around 9pm. The delivery time was 45 Minutes and the pizza tracker showed the pizza gping through all of the steps as planned. My boyfriend and I finished a movie amd realized 2 hours elapsed. The pizza tracker showed the process was getting restarted. The website says leave your phone number just in case they need to contact you but I had to contact them. I spoke to someone who said the delivery driver's car was stolen and he was "about to" contact the customers. He also said he didn't know why the delivery time said 45 minutes but I kniw they set the delivery time in the store. I was very understanding of the time delay but not too happy about not being contacted. Our pizzas arrived around 2 am and the driver was still tipped $5. (They were medium pizzas) I know they could not control the car being stolen but therewas absolutely NO EXCUSE for our pizzas being cold and 4hrs old. I would have definitely remade the pizzas especially since they were over 4 hrs late. I called the corporate number on May 17th and left a voicemail. I called the store today on 4/24 and I didn't even realize I was speaking with the GM because of how unprofessional she was. The GM said there were no notes on the account and I waited too late so she couldn't do anything but offer a small percent off the next order. WHAT next order! The GM was so ghetto it sounded like she was smacking in the phone or something. Tjis store sucks and the system Dominos has for cistomer complaints is designed to have as little customer interaction as possible. I gave them over a month and they never got back to me. Read moreBe warned of this business!! I had family in town so we placed an online order for 4 pizzas for a pick up on Saturday night on 4/29/23. The app alerted us that it was ready. The order had been paid for already online. When myself and a friend entered in the store to pick up the pizza there was a metal see through shelf where all the “ready” pick up orders were waiting to be picked up. This rack was placed on the side adjacent to the counter. As I walked over to pick up my pizzas with my name legibly in view there was an unpleasant female employee that yelled so loudly at me that it made me jump. I was startled and quite frankly shocked of her increasing verbal aggression. She became extremely confrontational almost like a power rage. In her threatening demeanor while taking my harsh scolding I finally realized she was angrily letting me know I wasn’t allowed to take it from the shelf. As I tried to get away from the shelf and trying to apologize and explain the confusion she became on the verge of someone appearing not emotionally stable. It got kinda scary. For a split second I was gladly willing to just flee from there without my pizzas. Ugh I’d been to this location only once before the previous week and the staff seemed either really busy or perhaps understaffed. Myself and other customers simply walked in and picked up our order from that same shelf. I had no way of knowing this wasn’t allowed. There weren’t signs indicating you couldn’t. The placement of the shelf was right there as if that’s what it was there for. These days it’s a common practice at other businesses like Chipotle to pick up your online orders this way. I asked for ny style pizza this was a regular medium pizza. The driver passed by me twice I waved at him even whistled and he just kept driving. When I made contact I told him he had just passed by me asked him to turn back and come back to location he had just left it took him another 15 minutes to get to me. I asked him was the everything he said yes. By the time I got upstairs my food was cold and I was missing my stuffed cheesy bread!! I paid over 50 bucks for my food and the fact that my son had to warm up his pasta in microwave is ridiculous. My pizza and wings were cold so they just sitting here on my counter cuz warming up pizza or sauced wings won't taste the same. I been on the phone for almost 45 minutes literally and no one has answer. They don't close until 1am. This is some bs. And online all they offered was point for free pizza or 20% likeni don't want neither of those options. I want my freaking money back I was NOT SATISFIED and mad because I'm hungry. It don't matter where I am what state I am in DOMINOES ALWAYS MESSES UP my order yet everytime I fall for it and try to give them another chance like dang how hard is it to make an order correctly!!
