It was great the first time I went a few weeks ago. Yesterday my coffee was lukewarm and service was okay. I always order a pup cup which is usually in the small coffee cup filled up as it was in this location before. However this last time they charged me $1 for a little shot glass half full. My pup was not happy and it really ruined the experience for me because thatā€™s definitely not worth the amount.

Do not go here. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Got home and found out it was not what I ordered. Called immediately to tell them and manager Diallo said he couldn't do anything about it without receipt. Funny thing is they didn't give me a receipt! Then he hung up on me. Very rude.

It is a nice addition to the neighborhood but the construction of the drive in is a bit tight and extremely curvy. I scraped my rim and the person in front of me over their curb pulling in and out of it

This is the Dunkin as youā€™re entering Buckhead on Roswell Road-not the one in Sandy Springs, so these folks deserve better reviews. Iā€™ve been coming here every morning for about two years now and Brie and the crew are amazing! You can tell that they enjoy working together and it shows in the efficiency and positive energy of the drive thru. Iā€™m in and out of the line in under 5 minutes with a good cup of coffee and a pleasant exchange. They are a very nice start...

This location is about 17min OUT OF MY WAY, but I still visit every morning. Itā€™s 100% because of the employees. Their attention to detail, warming personalities, and professionalism are unmatched. I go about 6 times a week, if Iā€™m having a rough morning they give me a reason so smile and then hand me food. Food prepared just the way I like, which I do not get at other Dunkins. I go here every other day for an ice coffee. Today I pulled up at 5:58 and waited for them to take my order.
