The service at this establishment was frustratingly poor. When I attempted to order at the counter, an employee, in a passive-aggressive manner, directed me to use the terminal instead. Despite a sign on the iPad saying not to order donuts, I was not allowed to order at the counter and assumed the staff knew their own system, so I used the terminal to order a donut and green tea. At pickup, another employee aggressively questioned my order, wrongly informing me that an Apple fritter was not a donut, despite being similarly priced and displayed with them. This interaction left me feeling like the business was punishing customers rather than serving them. The user experience and interface of not only the business but the software is notably poor, especially for a business located at a tech school. I understand that customer service work is difficult, but if the store opens at 7am, donuts are already out staling, and I see workers actively avoid eye contact of the 4 people standing outside at 7:30 by hiding away to the back, I don't feel respected at this establishment. Secondly, although I understand working at a Dunkin Donuts may be less than ideal for some, it is still a job that requires some customer care. Passive aggressive attitudes over innocent customer questions, nonexistent enthusiasm, not opening on time, closing too early, no sense of urgency during busy hours makes me wonder why they are working there if they refuse to take their own work seriously. I will assume that this behavior is due to behind-the-scenes problems with corporate or poor working conditions and that this performance is not reflective of the employees' characters for my own peace of mind, but I hope this feedback is...

There are bugs in the food! I got an everything bagel with cream cheese, and as I was eating it I noticed a big black chunk. I figured it was probably some poppy seeds from the bagel. I opened it and there was a bug in the cream cheese. I'm not including a picture but it was a big bug, like close to an inch long. It was so disgusting.
