I am a HUGE fan of DD, unfortunately my heart was broken this AM by the location at 1302 Ralph David Abernathy Blv in Atlanta, Georgia. Not only was I over charged $3.79 for an item that was clearly marked on the price sign @ $1.99. The excuse I was given is that no one in the store was tall enough to reach it to change the price! I was then told the price had been different for two weeks! I have bought the item 5 times in the past two weeks and didn't notice! Secondly, why was this location using Dollar store coffee?!?!?! Yes, I said it. The bag they poured into the maker is a brand I know from the Dollar Tree! I understand that some stores are independently owned but is it fair to use low quality coffee and charge high quality DD prices? Needless to say, I'll steer clear of this DD's and visit the Krispy Kreme @ 633 Evans St SW (at Ralph David Abernathy Blvd SW) instead. :-( Follow Up: After being encouraged to call the consumer line by the DD's Facebook page moderator, I did so and told what I'd seen and been told. I received a call last night around 11PM from a person with a heavy accent that began the call screaming that I have sullied his name by saying the coffee is Dollar Tree brand. I asked him if he denied it, he said he didn't know what his employees were using but it was not my place to tell DD's corporate. He then said that I was not allowed to visit his store again. Okay... no problem... I won't visit his store or any other DD's for...
Read moreI’ve been going to this Dunkin for the last 5 years and the only reason I continue to go to this location is because it’s the closest to my house. The service is slow and apathetic, what you get in your order is unpredictable at best, and the building (inside and outside) is not taken care of. Broken glass, never any napkins (ever), sometimes locked sometimes not, missing face of the exit sign at the drive thru, I could go on. The employees seem to not care about what they’re doing or their customers, except for a couple who have been there for a while. Management seems to be there daily but makes no tangible effort to improve and from what I can tell when I go inside, sometimes contributes to the working environment. I have stood at the counter with no acknowledgement from employees until 5-10min later and sometimes with no spoken words at all, just taking my order and turning around. When I order in the drive thru or on door dash it is almost always the wrong items or missing items. Parking is very limited and the drive thru line is never fast. This location needs an overhaul - I like the food, coffee, and donuts (when the order is correct), but it’s getting to the point that ordering from/visiting this location is just not worth it. Go downtown or to Hapeville - it will be worth the...
Read moreDefinitely recommend a different Dunkin or coffee shop entirely for any film or commercial production needs you have near this location! Somewhere along the line someone or something messed up a production team order and we got a big box of hot chocolate instead of coffee. I brought it back and just asked "Hey, there was a mix up and I was wondering if I could swap this hot chocolate for hot coffee?" I wasn't combative, I wasn't frustrated, I just asked a question. The manager or owner or whoever the older woman behind the counter was on 8/26/25 at 11:30-11:35 am was so rude and snipped at me "That's your fault! The way the ticket comes in is the way we make it!" I was taken back because I wasn't trying to push blame, I just wanted to see if they could help. I told her "I'm a production assistant for a near by commercial so I didn't place the order. I just pick it up. Can I get a box of coffee please?" Annoyed with me she said "Over here." Tapped the screen super aggressively and as I paid I said "I was just asking a question there was no reason for you to get snippy with me." She rolled her eyes and walked away. I had to reach over the counter to get my receipt because she didn't offer it to me. Dunkin isn't a good enough product to also be...
