As someone who drinks dunkin donuts coffee often, i will never come back to this particular location. I've visited quite frequently since it has been open, as I work and shop nearby. I'm actually confident the front cashier remembered me from previous orders that ive placed. Normally i get an iced or hot coffee without cream or sugar with mocha added. This time i ordered an iced coffee with caramel but she decided to put mocha in my drink instead of caramel. Normally that wouldn't warrant a location switch as it could have been a simple mistake. But the behavior she exhibited made me never want to return. First, she tried to argue & tell me what i ordered. Upon seeing the color of the mocha flavor i told her it was wrong. When i asked her to remake it with caramel only, she flew off the handle screaming loud enough to still hear after the automatic window closed. She flung the coffee in the trash and the coffee spilled on her co workers. When she returned she still made the coffee wrong then she asked another associate to serve me, which was fine. Upon tasting it wasnt right so i just asked for a refund. The initial cashier was the one who had to honor my refund since the other lady worked in the back and even then she still decided to berate me the entire time. I didnt appreciate that type of behavior and surely didnt deserve it. No one does. This company will lose business because of her so I'd suggest looking into getting new customer service reps that don't tweak out on people over...
Read moreDON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I visited this location this morning, and ordered a simple Large Chai Latte (hot), and a chicken biscuit… simple, right? The biscuit was old and cold, and they toasted it to make it feel warm. The chicken was a little warmer, but definitely showed signs of being cooked a while ago. And they both were warmer than the latte! It’s early in the morning, so everything should be fresh, right? Fred- the baker in the “Time to Make the Doughnuts” commercials from the 80’s would be ashamed.
I attempted to call both numbers on the receipt to no avail. The first number at the top (ending in 2097) is disconnected. It doesn’t even ring. The second number at the bottom, under the statement “We would love to hear from you call or text” (ending in 7571) is answered by someone that doesn’t speak English- making hearing or receiving text a mute point.
I understand that the food industry is challenging, and that only a select few restaurants are able to deliver excellent service and consistent food continuously. This Dunkin’ is clearly not one of them! The company dropped Doughnuts from it’s name, but it seems like the dropped their quality...
Read moreI never leave reviews- but here I am. I’ve been coming here for a couple of months, multiple times a week. It’s mostly been a positive experience- I place a mobile order and the order is nearly always ready to pick up every time when I arrive. However, it seems as though they need some help lately at this location, as being short staffed causes them to lock both entrance doors and they are asking/expecting people to wait an hour in the drive thru line to pick up a mobile order. My suggestion would be to either shut off mobile ordering so people know what to expect in advance or just open the dining room with signs that say “for mobile order pickup only”. If you’re still taking mobile orders- people should be able to access them without feeling rude or like they are inconveniencing the staff for knocking on the door. I know they are working really hard- but that seems like a simple solution for everyone. Locking the doors is just causing more stress for...
