As a native New Yorker, I am always searching for a spot to grab a slice that can hold a candle to what you find in The City. Fellini’s, while definitely not a NY slice, serves up a decent attempt. The slices are definitely foldable and require a napkin at the end to catch the drippings of grease. The crust is lovely - I haven’t found a slice in Atlanta as close to NY quality yet. At $2.75 for a cheese slice, it’s a bit overpriced...especially if you are grabbing multiple slices or are eating with a group...it’s definitely worth doing the math to see if a whole pie is a better bet. While I normally stick with the plain cheese slice, the spinach, mushroom, and garlic with extra cheese is pretty darn great. The salads are extremely cheese heavy and overpriced due to the poor quality of the lettuce. I do like the creamy Italian as well as the balsamic dressings - both are great for dipping the crust. They have a great selection of beer that is reasonably priced. Sitting outside is also fun as it allows for a reasonably fun session of...
Read moreI had an incredible experience here. The server was super friendly and upon hearing it was my first visit to this location, she told me a little history about the place. Apparently this was the first Fellini’s location.
I’m n my 31 years in Atlanta, there’s only a few places that can make consistently accurate and delicious NY style pizza. This is definitely one of those places. The crust was perfect, that initial crunch followed by just the right amount of chew. The sauce is very tomato-centric as it should be, with a bright, balanced flavor. Cheese was a genuine mozz with a perfect melt and a long stretch. The pepperoni was a mild spice level, and had just a touch of that classic grease. I loved it.
The place is a bit overpriced, but the funky modern casual atmosphere and beautiful patio with incredible water fountain makes for a memorable experience experience. Fellini’s has several locations thought Atlanta, and the one on Ponce is very good. This one is a touch better, IMHO.
I’ll definitely be back here, with...

We had a large pepperoni, a single slice of cheese pizza, a calzone. three salads a pitch of Blue moon and a couple of fountain drinks. Recent photos have date on them. Reasonable prices. I love this place!!!
2021 Review: Another great pizza!!! Great crust and cheese.... just the way I like it. Maybe some New York influence. Order at the counter and get your drinks, the staff will bring your order to your table. We had a single slice, a medium Fellini special, a large cheese pizza and a calzone. Atmosphere is casual with Great wall murals, and service is efficient and friendly. Eat inside or outside under the trees and next to the fountain. Very relaxing!!! Prices are good. Parking could be an issue during peak times, but do let...
