The food is great! The customer service is not so great though :(. The workers act like it’s a hassle to do anything for you. The last time I was there, I was ordering for myself and a friend who didn’t have her mask so she gave me her card to use. I said I needed to do two separate transactions and the guy huffed about it like I annoyed him. He then forgot to give me the drink I paid for so I politely asked him for it. He handed me a tiny cup used for water. I, again, politely asked for the soda sized cup and he sighed loudly and rudely shoved the cup into my hand. I understand people have bad days but that’s just really bad customer service. With Gusto! costing as much as it does, I probably won’t go back.

UPDATE: The Gusto! Operations manager got in touch with me to remedy the situation that occurred on this date. He assured me that he would speak with the team about providing excellent customer service. He also refunded my order purchase from that day as well as giving me a gift card to return and try them again. I will be going back to give them another go.

UPDATE again: Went to Gusto! again to try them out. The customer service was much better this time around and everyone was very friendly. The food, as always, was great. Giving them a five star this time :).
