Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Atlanta

I frequent Jersey Mike's for lunch very often. This is my first visit to this location. The lady that took my order today was very rude and unfriendly. Her attitude almost affected my mood. I was probably the first customer of the day and when i came in i had to wait for her to finish a personal phone call on her cell. She finally asked what would i like without saying hello. Once she completed my sandwich and was checking me out she gave me a total before asking me if I'd like a drink or if i had "shore points". So i had to stop her and add my shore points plus my chips and drink. Then she informed me that the fountain drink machine was not working and all they had was water. I said I'd like sweet tea and she replied "Water only!", very rude and didn't even try to compensate for not having any other beverages. And why wouldn't they make tea? They don't need the fountain drink machine to work to make tea. As i ate my sandwich in the store i realized she was just rude to almost everyone. If you stopped her to add or remove an ingredient then she'd give you the "go to hell" look as if you were interrupting her life. Will not return to...

I love Jersey Mike's, but will not go back to this location. The customer service was poor. I ordered a Giant Roast Beef & Pepperoni sub on white to this guy, and then this lady walks up to the counter. He tells her what I want, and she starts slicing wheat bread. I inform her that I wanted white bread, she picks it up and throws it back in the container. Throws my white bread on the counter, and slams the top on the container closed. She whispers something to her co-worker, and he starts laughing. She slices the bread, and another guy asked if I wanted mayo. I ask him can I have it toasted, and she said we don't toast. You may be thinking about somewhere else! (In a nasty tone). So I jokingly said when did you all stop toasting, and she said (still in a nasty tone) "We have never toasted subs". She pushes my side with the meat over to the guy, and I said I asked for pepperoni. She said "Oh, you want to add pepperoni!" I said "Never mind, and walked out." If no stars was an option I would have chosen no stars. I work code to this location and I frequently eat here because of the convenience but they will not be receiving another dime of my money. Today I went t get a sandwich and waited in line. When it was my turn to order the lady who should have taken my order turns around and starts putting sandwiches in bags. There are 3 young men working who could have done that but instead of helping me the customer she decided to bag sandwiches. I have also been waiting in a long line so at this point I’m getting frustrated. When she comes back to the counter she acknowledges the gentleman behind me as if I don’t exist. When she finally gets around to asking me what I would like I tell her. She then proceeds to tell me that I’m ordering wrong.
