I never give bad reviews ever! But, In this case, I absolutely have to. I have asked for refunds twice in less than a month because of the quality of service and the quality of the product. First, there was a hair in my coffeeâŠ. I understand several people worked behind the counters, So this is something I can honestly forgive. I also own and operate a coffee shop of my own, So I understand the happenings and operations of running a coffee shop. This morning, I went to grab a cappuccino with oat milk. I got steamed milk and flavorless syrup! When I called to ask simple questions about why this drink wasnât what I ordered, etc. The person helping me(I believe this person name is Paige, I could not tell if this was a man or a woman), had the worst attitude over the phone. It was disgusting and belittling! he literally said to me â Iâm sorry your cappuccino is not cappuccinoy enough for youâ. itâs one thing to be handed a drink that you did not ask for that is also disgusting Because it was severely lacking in flavor, But itâs another thing for the person who took your order to meet you with a disgusting little attitude because they did not do their job! To say, I will never support this business ever again! I will go and spend my seven dollars somewhere else! Drinks are not worth the penny they ask for!! The drinks are disgusting, and the customer service is even worse! Like I said, I never leave bad reviews, But I certainly do not regret leaving...

Just kidding, you'll hear someone smirk, laugh, breathe, or fart before you hear your own breathing. I'm kidding about the fart. Some days the lines are long and some days the lines are short when you want to order your coffee. Usually in the mornings there's a busy rush and the lounge is busy throughout the day. A mix of trendy people minding their business. The owner or manager is hipster cool and understanding; the staffs are also laid back and helpful. I mostly order the hot beverages that include a hot Joe, iced Joe, or an espresso shot and hot tea mix in one. You can pour your own creamer, milk, soy... The mochas and lattes are nice but sweeter than sweet. They've plentiful of sweeter items for example cakes, cookies, cupcakes, granola bars, and individual packaged snack bars. I like...
Read moreReally tasty coffee and baked goods including vegan ones from flour and thyme. This place is really special, it opened in 2002 and in todayâs world it feels like something from a bygone era in all the best ways possible. Itâs like an opportunity to go hang out in a coffee shop you might recognize from a movie or TV show from 25-35 years ago. Cozy eclectic furniture, wild wall decor, interesting/friendly characters and personalities, a community board and a book shelf benefiting the local library. A rare business that feels like itâs actually part of a community rather than something there just to take your money. If you think about the myriad of ways Atlanta has changed since 2002 when this place opened, itâs something of a miracle theyâre still here to provide the city and neighborhood with this kind of vibe. Definitely something worthy of support - not to make it sound like a chore, the drinks and baked goods are...
