This is an unsafe environment. I went in to get food but first I used the restroom and my fiance stayed in the car waiting on me. I was in there for a little time and my fiance called me and said I need to come on because we had to pick our kids up. He noticed commotion and came in to check on me. When I came out of the restroom it was a bunch of yelling about a missing phone. The boy whose phone was missing locked the doors on me and my fiance saying we can't leave till he gets his phone. No idea what was going on. My husband walked to the other door and walked out and the boy ran to his bookbag like he was about to grab a GUN. I RAN OUT THE DOOR THE BOY HAD LOCKED AND GOT IN MY CAR AND WE LEFT SCARED FOR OUR LIFE. To the three women who worked in that store y'all should be fired!! I believe the boy worked in that store because my husband was in the car and said he didn't notice anyone going into the store but did see an older man with white on in a red truck parked behind us. I'm sure the boy did work there. I know when I was using the rest room I heard one worker yelling saying "ion have your phone, why would I take your phone". My husband said they kept walking back and forth to the window where we were parked and were trying to look into our car. They were trying to see but we have tints. At the end of the day we were held hostage for a little while because of a phone. We were lost and didn't know anything. We are pressing charges and they need to run those cameras cause it could have been a set up to rob. This happened at Krystal's at 12/05/2025 at 3:27pm on...
Read moreThe receipt will explain why I rated this establishment this way. When I called the corporate office to tell them about what happened when I went back into the store, either phone call got disconnected or the lady hung up the phone but in either case Im totally done with Krystal! I'm completely done with Krystal's culture of mistreatment, poor service and bad energy from this establishment and their disgruntle employees. I asked for two Sunrisers without sausage, substitute with shelled eggs and shredded cheese then toast the buns to top off my request! The female cashier who had alot of facial hair charged an additional $.40 cents for dime size of shredded cheese, per sandwich. I had asked the lady for 3 but she only charged for 2. The total came up to be $3.34. I had asked iof IIc oulget those 2 weak little buns toasted on the grill, The store manager, with her back turned, never spoke self replied with a strong NO! Anyway then there is an unnecessary wait game .I waited for 10 whole minutes for 2 simple sandwiches. I used to really like Krystal's but they have taught from several previous and present visits not to dine in with them! When I went to return the food every body basically laugh as if it was a joke. If I have to put up with behavior like this, might as well cook it...

I’ve been debating whether or not to post this, but after two back-to-back disappointing visits to this Krystal’s location, I felt it was time to speak up. I drive over 25 minutes each way just to come here, expecting a meal made correctly—but both times, I left frustrated and disappointed.
I specifically ordered my Stack Full meals with no mustard and no pickles—a simple request—but both visits, every burger came loaded with exactly what I asked to be left off. It made them completely inedible for me and turned what should have been a quick bite into a waste of time and money.
To make matters worse, on my most recent visit, only half of the burgers even had the cheese I requested, in addition to still having mustard and pickles. Absolutely ridiculous for a place that prides itself on consistency and quality.
I tried contacting customer service, hoping they’d help make it right, but was simply told that this is a franchise location and there’s nothing they can do. No accountability, no resolution.
At this point, I can’t justify returning. If you have dietary preferences or need your order made correctly, be prepared for disappointment—or take your...
