Unfortunately I ordered pizza yesterday for delivery and when it arrived the crust was thin and very cardboard-esque. I went to complain online and was directed to call the store. When I did, I told the store manager they gave me the wrong crust (I ordered original pan). She asked me to describe the crust and I said "it's not original pan, it's thin and very cardboardy - maybe gluten free?" She said "oh, no, that just means it's been sitting out a long time"... I said "ok well it's not edible" she said "Ok I can re-make it and it'll be delivered, but it may take a while" I said "ok". Then she called me back and said she only has authorization to actually give me a PARTIAL refund. I am so disappointed. I was not able to choke down a single slice and I had to throw it away. What has happened to Papa John's quality? Why couldn't they either deliver me a fresh pizza or provide a full refund? The crust was on par with Lunchables, but actually 10x worse. Read moreIf you want to order carry out you have to do it from online. You can’t order when walking into store so if you don’t have a phone/charger and want to order a pizza go else where. I don’t know any food place that rejects money but when ordering online was only quoted 5 min wait for food. Seems like they must be understaffed or lazy. If this is upper management idea then they need to be let go. They also forgot my sauce on my order. It’s literally called bbq papadilla how do you forget. Read moreI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Second time ordering from this location and having them get my order wrong. They delivered the wrong pizza and their options for me were cancel the order and have no dinner or they could rush a replacement. I made the mistake of choosing the replacement. I was told the replacement would arrive in less time than the normal. It took longer than the original order. When I called again I was told my only options were to again cancel the order and have no food after almost 2 hours of waiting or get 20% off my next order. I well never order...
