This was my favorite location but surprisingly, my experience was awful today. The guy who prepared my breakfast sandwich was very rude, unprofessional and unkind. The system was down and instead of the normal way of calling names on the order, they chose to call out the exact orders when ready. When my sandwich was ready, this employee shook the bag towards me and shoved my order into my hand with an attitude. He then suddenly turned his back. I was so confused with his behavior. The next customer’s order was ready. His tone & body language instantly changed. He greeted her with a smile saying “Ma’am! Here’s your order! Thank you so much, have a great day!” Needless to say she was a white woman. He felt she deserved his best. I deserved his best as well. I paid for my order too. He’s not fit to even warm a sandwich and has misguided frustration. I expect more from Starbuck employees. Read moreUpon entering the Starbucks, there was no greeting whatsoever. As I'm reading the menu, I was met with a stonefaced bifocal cashier asking "You ready to order?".. Ok fine,no "Hello, how are you?" I place my order and as I am getting ready to tap to pay, I hear " Starbucks card.." not sure if I'm being asked for to sign up for a Starbucks card or if I have one... Same cashier asks for my name and I proceed to give it to her, which is two initials... and she seemed confused... After, as my order is being handed to me, the same cashier proceeds to slide/slam my order across the counter as I'm standing next to her with my hand out.
I get that you do not have to be the brightest to work here, understandably...but customer service is a minimum requirement. If you don't enjoy your job, use the meniscal skills you have to work somewhere else :)

I understand Starbucks is a busy place even though we were the only ones in line but to speak to customers rudely was not necessary.
