Customer service and rectifying a wrong is not important to this location. On 3/20/22 I made an order on the smoothie king app (order ID 8555200548683785) to pick a smoothie. I was then called on my cell phone by the employees. They asked if I would substitute items on my carrot kale smoothie because they were out of bananas and carrots. This was the 3rd time this happened to me by smoothie king in a couple week timeframe, so I declined & asked for a refund. Employees told me I had to go via the app for a refund since I ordered it there. I look in the app and there is no option to ask for refund/dispute/etc. Hence, I called back and asked what to do. They told me I could speak to their manager and they gave the manager's phone number to me. I called the manager's number and she told me over a phone call to give her the info on the order details. I sent the manager an order ID and she replied "I need the email they sent over there is a specific order I'd [sic] on there we need to refund" I promptly sent her that email. 10 days later after not receiving anything I texted the manager essentially asking for an update. I received no reply. I then sent another message 10 days after that essentially asking why I had received no update about the situation. The manager responded with a rude message stating I should dispute the charge with my bank. I guess I should have clairvoyantly known that.... Before this incident I was ordering 3 or 4 smoothies a month on the app, but I haven't since this incident. Avoid...

After I got on the interstate heading home and took the first sip I realized there was an error in how it was made and instead of turning around I just decided to stop in this location to ask if it could be replaced, and was greeted this a very undertone mumble “nah you needa go back to dat stoe”.
I understand SK is a franchise operation and different stores will have differing policies, however there is a professional manner to explain that instead of mumbling while scrolling through your phone. Both employees were to encompassed in their phone to even give a greeting when I walked in. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location and I would advise everyone to take their business elsewhere as well. Read moreLegitimately the worst “smoothie” I’ve ever had. Took one sip and knew it was unfortunately going to go straight in the trash. The color is incredibly off- the slightly more pink one was meant to be the “Caribbean way” and it was definitely not that- there was 100% no real fruit in the smoothies, it was very obvious they used syrups and purées exclusively instead of a blend with real fruit. It was disgustingly liquidy and somehow kind of lukewarm? The more brownish grayish smoothie is the “activator recovery strawberry banana” and it was a little colder because it has some ice chunks..
