My orders are always accurate and taste fine at this location, but I have not been impressed by the friendliness of the staff here at all. I decided not to post after my first experience at this location because I know we all have bad days. But when I got the same general feeling that my business was not appreciated the next few times I went, that I was someone to just "get through the line", that my questions were an annoyance to the barista, etc, I decided that this must just be how it is there. The most friendly, people-oriented person on your staff should be the one at the register because he or she has the most interaction with the customers. While you shouldn't get a job at Starbucks if you don't like people to begin with, at least place employees who have slightly less of a desire to deal with the general public behind the espresso machine making the drinks instead of behind the register. If I'm going to be a regular customer, I need to feel appreciated, not like I'm an...
Read moreThis Starbucks is located in an affluent area and has no shortage of business. So I am not sure why Starbucks has reduced the number of baristas. I had to wait yesterday around 9am for 25 min for 2 orders of Cappucino. I used my mobile to place the order instead of walking up to the counter and the wait time showed 7-8 min. I would definitely have not come in and placed the order if I knew it was going to take that long. The employees were doing their best but they were over whelmed. With all the stress of COVID, it’s not reasonable to overload the Baristas. In addition, while waiting, I observed a lady walking in with no mask and approach the barista and banter with her. Isn’t Starbucks requiring masks for serving customers? Again, I would chosen a drive thru, if I knew they masks were...
Read moreI've only known this Starbucks in pandemic-mode, so I haven't fully experienced it as it normally operates. It looks like there would be a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating in normal times. The staff here put special notes on many of the orders I've had, and while they do not have a drive thru, they do offer curbside, and the wait usually isn't that bad. When it is busy, it does feel crowded, especially if there are multiple people waiting on orders in store and mobile. The items I've gotten have always been good, and now that I've discovered their clover brew coffee at this location, it's become difficult to go back to the standard brews. One con about this location, getting out of the parking lot can take awhile, as the traffic can be quite busy as you're...
