SPOILED ice cream!!!!!! I immediately took it back in and the employee didn’t know I had my head sticking thru the glass window watching her when she took the top off the machine. Obviously the spoiled milk smell or something caused her to pull her nose back with a frown. She then called a manager over that took 7 mins too long. Simply put the Concept is TOO innovative that it does not best serve the customer. I had the manager on duty tell me “I don’t know” she wasn’t trained she was informed only to tell customers to request online when asked about the process for a refund. I could go on and on!!!!! First off the building outside does NOT have a restaurant marker. One would not know Sonic is co-located unless you somehow knew. Secondly, you can ONLY order online which means if something goes wrong you can only be refunded online; and likely you’ll never get your money back like I didn’t! Read moreI ordered and paid for a meal for myself just after 11pm. I drove 30 mins to pick it up, only to discover that the order never arrived at the restaurant. I was very upset because they close at midnight and had no real obligation to assist me. Antwaun stepped up looked at my online order confirmation and told me he would take care of it. He made my food fresh and I felt like it was done with true care. What he did not know is that I had a very difficult day today and had not eaten at all. I was buying myself some Sonics to gift myself some sort of a smile. His compassion, professionalism, and integrity to take care of your customer made a major difference. Read moreI Was DoorDashing Here For a Customer It A Brand New Establishment or Ghost Kitchen with alot of Resturants inside The Staff and Managers all Worked Hard to Correct Orders and Nobody caught an Attitude they Explained they were Behind on Mobile Orders but the Team Knocked it out and I Got a GREAT TIP Because I Was Able to Deliver Fresh HOT Food and a Delicious Frozen Beverage to the Customer in Great Timing, Theres alot of Parking space the Only Bad PART is The way to PICK UP ORDERS out of the Little Kiosk Machine has No Real Security Lock Once you Go up to the Kiosk you Find the Person Name the Order is In and You Select their Name then PRESS #1 or Whatever Number it Prompts you to Touch on and the Door just POPS OPEN and Anybody can STEAL Your Order This is why My DoorDash was a Bit Late but overall the Staff will FIX YOU Back Up...
