Subway — Restaurant in Atlanta

I wish I didn’t have to leave a star at all, but I was forced to just to be able to write a review. I went in there tonight at 10:49 since I was with my family and was happy to see they were still open. The female was in there cleaning up and she told me instantly that it was too late to place an order! She is constantly the most lazy employee in there and every time I come in there her eyes are bloodshot red and she creates the most hostile environment. If your hours of operation are until 11pm and I come in at 10:49 and you tell me that I can’t get served, then you should clearly look for another line of work! I will never spend another dime into this store and will stop at nothing until others take their business to the next Subway!! This is the worst service ever! Terrible and frustrating service. They don't understand their menu items. Asked for a Beast sandwich ended up with a beef sandwich (photo). Instead of 1/2 of meat which should have consisted of ham, pepperoni, salami, turkey and beef. And 3 other sandwiches. Ended giving up repeatedly correcting the server as they didn't have a clue what they were doing for all the sandwiches. Also item amounts have been reduced so you don't get as much!

Terrible service, poor communication and sandwich quality, missing items from my order. Not sure why this place has such great reviews. Counter staff did not know what came with a kids meal or provide accurate options (only offered chips). Now I sit here without drinks or applesauce for my kids.
