I love Wendy's frosty (thou I can make them myself now, anybody want the recipe just ask🙂) Now that they all serve breakfast I prefer theirs over Mac Donald's and I don't usually have a complaint. I got there yesterday morning around 9am and she tells me the system is down, she didn't know when it would be back up, and oh yeah, the breakfast sandwiches were free both fri and sat which I didn't know at the time. I decided to wait in the parking lot because I was fixated on a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a cup of coffee. As I sat there watching cars come in and get the same info as me, and back out again around 9:50am I decided I would leave and go to MacDonald's. Their line was long unfortunately I decided to go in, of course their frappe machine was down. Multiple people including one of the frontline workers were without mask, I was just glad to get out of there. As I was driving back by Wendy's I noticed a line of cars so I swung in and got in line. When it was my time to order I was told the sandwich was free, it took an ordeal but I got my sandwich plus the delicious potato wedges and all is good in the neighborhood...🌞 🙂.
Saturday July 2, 2022 Thanks Wendy's but no thanks you could have kept the ketchup I would have settled for hot potatoes wedges hell even warm wedges. For this one I give 3☆s.

Read moreLet me start by saying, I love the manager that was on duty! She is ALWAYS nice and keep that drive through line moving. So apparently my bf goes into the establishment and orders food at the kiosk (213 to be exact) and is met by a very disrespectful young lady that ask for a receipt when one doesn’t print at kiosk it prints in back of house. She then proceeds to give him somebody else’s food and when he tells her that’s not what he ordered the young lady begins to yell. The young lady is yelling to the point that the manager tells her to go over by the window u don’t talk to him like that. As I stated i love that manager. As all of this is happening he puts his keys on counter and proceeds to fill his cups with drink, comes back and the keys are gone. Either she has the keys or a customer so can he see the camera he was told “oh it will be hours later because the person to show video is busy “ ok so how should he get home then? Somebody owned up to their action and said a boy swiped the keys while his back was turned, and it’s like everything was dismissed. No mam I work hard for my money and no matter who I give my card to, to purchase that food, everybody gets treated with respect. That young lady doesn’t deserve to be there, if you can’t respect your customers move around for someone that wants to. It’s all about customer service and quality and they failed both. Read moreAwful experience. I placed a mobile order upon getting off the train at West End. When I arrived at the store, the doors were locked. After trying to figure out what was going on and trying to get someone's attention, an employee came out of the restaurant and went to her car. She told me the dining room was closed. But I explained that I placed a mobile order and asked how to get it. She copped an attitude and asked why I would place an order if the store was closed. I replied that I had no idea the store was closed as this was a mobile order and the app said nothing about it being drive thru only. She reluctantly called someone inside and told them the situation. She said the order would be brought out to me while still having an attitude and accusing me of placing the order while knowing the dining room was closed. At that point, I asked to just cancel the order. She replied nastily that she was off of work and she was doing me a favor by even letting the staff know about my order. At that point, I let it go and she drove off. Meanwhile, other customers are coming to try to enter the restaurant including someone else that was picking up a mobile order. The sign on the door says the dining room is open from 10 am to 8 pm and there was no explanation as to why the doors were locked but they were still allowing mobile orders to be placed.
