Chose this place for its high rating. Looked like a cool place to have some wings and beer with friends. Its definitely "a bar" meaning it has that rustic look and feel inside, like an old neighborhood bar. The place is huge with lots of TVs and places to sit with large groups, etc. There is an entire room off to the side with games or you could have private parties, etc. The outside seating is huge as well with TVs, etc. We had fried pickles, wings, bison burger, fries, onions rings, fried chicken sandwich and a regular burger with a side of fruit. The food was good, typical bar food, nothing awesome that jumps out at you and makes you want to come back. The food came out quickly, the app.'s even beat our first round of drinks. And that's where things started falling apart. We waited forever, more than once for drinks, my friend asked for tea no less than 4 times, I told him to give it up. It is weird because the server came right to us, took our orders but delivery was horrible on drinks. We had to flag people down for another round almost every time - they were not that busy. Then there was table service. Thank God we were sitting next to the silverware, condiment, napkins etc. We had to get our own, food was served and we had nothing, both times. We then had to put our own plates away, found a cart sitting nearby we used that to clear off our table. Then I looked around the entire restaurant, both inside and out and the tables were all trashed, no one was busing them. I saw a couple come in looking for a place to sit and couldn't because every table was trashed. Then there were the floors both inside and out littered with paper, plates, etc. it looked like Van Halen just checked out, aging my self there. They are located in Peachtree Battle Shopping center, there is plenty of parking but the place does get full with all the other stores and shops around. Would I come here again? Not on purpose, the food just didn't say to me "come back for more". You can get this bar food anywhere at ATL at 1000's of places. But if you live nearby, its a cool hangout.

Finally made it in - and it was pretty decent bar food. The service was quick, burger was cooked to order, and the fries were the highlight. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is the wings. The wings were definitely on the pricey side ($17 for 10). With that price, I would expect them to be fantastic, but they were just decent. The chicken quality was good, and they were decently crispy, however they use a runny wet sauce and not only does it not stick great to the wing, but they definitely do not lather it on. Due to the lack of sauce, you get mostly the taste of chicken wings lacking seasoning. You are able to ask for more sauce on the side, and that definitely helped, but you will get charged extra for it. Overall I would go back, but I'd definitely stick with the burgers and fries!

I think it is a bit petty to receive a coupon in the mail with a misprinted expiration date and not honor it. This WH coupon came in the mail December 2017. Look - the other coupons around it have 2017 dates; WH has 2016. I was told no these coupons expired, then why did you send them in the mail? Makes me feel the restaurant is trying to trick people and I just wanted to leave for feeling stupid I had a 2016 coupon. Guess you need to tell the Peachtree Battle property manager you are not about that free kids meal. Other than that, relaxed neighborhood bar that still gets my #kidfriendlycertified. Video games, bar games, trivia nights. Tavern is nice in summer time with the patio but scrooge in the winter apparently :P

In the south,a defining dish is the devil egg. It serves as a metric for a chef/restaurant. Excellent taste and presentation. Piped deviled egg yokes with homemade bacon bits with a slight hint of vinegar sitting in what looked like parsley but told was arugula. A ten rating. The burger is a high-end execution of an Atlanta burger and does not disappoint. Would like to see the prices come down, especially with the market moving into bear territory. Great product though; would hate to see it disappear post pandemic price gouging. Happy hour helps a little.

Surprised I had never come here before but glad I decided to with my kid. The food is really good with a wide variety of American style food. The only reason I'm giving it a four star was because I had over for different waitresses tell me they were waiting my table. Now that's not necessarily a bad thing but when you're trying to order and get a beverage that's when you get a little confused and frustrated. Once past that the experience was nice with a very nice size patio to relax on and enjoy your meal.
