Today for lunch, I put in an online order for pick up. My confirmation said it will be ready at 12:29. I arrived to the store and it was not there. A lady was standing waiting for her order already. There were two young men making sandwiches and one young lady working the cash register. There was a line of four people. After standing there for several minutes, I was finally acknowledged and asked what my name was. The thinner kid started grabbing the tickets that were clearly set up for online orders. The two guys were very agitated about the online orders as a delivery person also came to pick up an order and it was not made. Instead of any of them acknowledging us and apologizing, the two guys were talking, smack about the situation. The guy making my sandwich clearly seemed to take out his aggression on my poor bread. Anyone would’ve understood that they may have been busy, but the manager should train the employees to communicate to the customers and just apologize and appear to be empathetic. The two dopes were sliding a bread knife along the counter until stuck under the cutting board unhygienic I should have walked then. I paid $20 for a “giant” Italian which was thrown together asked for everything on it got just meat and tomato I had to explain the oil and vinegar to them as they seemed clueless just one big joke to these two genius’s even wrapping my sub was a mess. Read moreLong wait times, understaffed, not enough meat, thin and spots spaced out on the bread that should have meat in it, bread cut to close to the bottom (which made it fall apart and soggy), choppy quick motion of the oil and and vinegar and too many rows which made the sandwich soggy, WAYY to much salt added, way to many toppings added. My giant sized sub was cut Un evenly. And staff seemed over worked and rude but they found enough time to gossip about other employees. I spent my shore point earned from other exemplary jersey mikes shops, and I wish I could get those back. Didn't even finish the my sandwich. Would not recommend.
