Borgata Buffet — Restaurant in Atlantic City

This is our go to choice for dinner when we visit. We came on a Monday around 5pm.I suggest coming waiting to come to dinner until at least 4:30 if not 5 if you can because when they first open at 4 there’s already a line that builds before they even open and will cause you to have to wait a bit. When we came at exactly 5 we were able to walk up and there wasn’t a line at all! They service was great as always the server was very attentive with drinks and provided any condiments that’s we needed. The food selection is pretty wide and have some stand outs like their Prime rib which is very tender but lacked seasoning and their steak which was very well seasoned and had a variety of temperatures to choose from. They had a good of seafood as well such a mussels, clams and multiple types of shrimp. Tons of dinner sides like their delicious Mac and cheese, colllard greens, French fries, green beans and so much more. I highly recommend if they have it when you come to try their ribs, they are FALL OFF THE BONE TENDER! Then make sure you leave room for their GIANT selection of desserts! You have to try the gelato and if you happen to see the pineapple upside down cake grab it quick before it’s gone! That cake was so moist and so much flavor I wish I had room for anything slice. I promise you’ll find something for everyone here and leave more than satisfied! The only negative I can say is that I wish they kept the food replenished more often. But other than that no complaints and will always be our favorite...

HORRIBLE! My man and I arrived on 8/30/25 just to enjoy a few hours in AC. He constantly raved about the buffet and said we had to go. On this particular day, the comedian, fluffy was performing therefore, service was a bit slow however, food still needed to be served right? We were in the, non-gold/platinum card holders line. The elder Caucasian lady at the front has to be the WORST & UNPROFESSIONAL customer service representative I’ve ever seen. The card holders line was empty at times but she would sit there not even assisting the non card holders line. If you see that your line of (better people) is EMPTY, why not assist the ones who also have and pay good money? There were at least 75 people online and she only helped those who walked in. That was unprofessional and for the “so-called “Manager” to arrive and sugar coat her behavior and blame it on the show, it irresponsible; unprofessional and disgusting. Diner’s Beware. This place should be closed by the Board of Health. Extremely unsanitary. With Noroviris on the rise you would think they would take Better precautions to keep their Guests safe. My Husband and I, Went to the Buffet for Dinner last night. The First 2 plates, I picked up were filthy. Grimy caked on food stuck to the plates. I should have took my Husband and walked out, right then and there. Second station the woman in front of me handed the Line Worker a plate that was Filthy and she got an instant attitude. Prime Rib station several plates were very dirty had to go to another station to get a clean plate. The Woman at the Prime Rib carving station was Rude and Clearly did not want to be there. Clams were Cold and so was the General Chicken. The only reason, I gave Service 2 Stars is our Server was very nice and accommodating. It’s 5am and my Husband and I are very Sick. 🤢 $100 for food poisoning. No, Thank you. We expected so much more...
