First time at Noodles Of The World since they renovated at Borgata at Atlantic City.
First of all, there's two lines to get into the restaurant so the people with the higher player cards always get in first. Secondly, the people working the lines, I believe are the managers at N.O.W? Well, they were screaming at customers and telling them to leave if they tried to sit together. Seriously? What is wrong with that guy? If he's a manager, you guys are in serious trouble. No one is going to tolerate his behavior and that's not how you treat customers. This is a restaurant at a casino so don't abuse your power and don't think you can treat people like that. Is it that difficult to treat people with respect and kindness?! It was definitely mind blowing to see that kind of treatment. We don't care if you guys are busy but if you can't handle the heat, then maybe find a different type of occupation that is not client facing. It's 2025 and no one should treat anyone like that.
As for the food, it was not even delicious. We miss Noodle Of The World when they were at the old space. Looks like they either changed the chefs or they simply don't care. We ordered our usual beef tripe noodles soup that used to be so good but this time, the soup was bland and the beef was old. Then we tried their Dan Dan mein and it was soggy. And we also the wonton noodle soup and that was bland too.
We also ordered two appetizers and the shrimp with mayo was horrible. The flour on the shrimps is so overpowering and the shrimps were dried. And the other appetizer was the chicken wings. Nothing out of this worlds.
It's sad and shocking that Borgata would hire such staff to represent them. It's just a matter of time that people either bring this to upper management or realize that their business is being ruined by the staff that they hired. Someone needs to be there to see how this restaurant is being run....

Pad Thai was bland, an utter and complete miss (no flavor).
Chef needs to improve his/her ability to cook, otherwise this place will always be mediocre place to eat.
This is more like noodles of a mediocre chef. Instant ramen chicken noodle was bland and barely ate it.
The food here are really really bad. If you think this is your only option think again and go to the Marketplace Eatery downstairs instead where cheaper and better Asian food and others are served (they accept comps too).
The price at Noodles of the world is way way over what you are getting in return. Honestly and seriously, you will get better Chinese food at your local corner mom and pop $9.99 Chinese to go food
Waiter was very demanding of his tip. He shamelessly stood his ground and asked for more. Gave him $17 cash tip. He requested that his service was $25 not $17, mind you this was early lunch not even dinner time. The audacity and unprofessionalism of this place.
Do not come here !!!! The waiters are foreigners with no manners and WILL HARRASS you at the end for more tip...
His bad manner is the only reminder that you are in a place of some wordly Asian country.
There's a saying at Borgata. It goes something like this, "eateries do not have to be good, because you're stuck here". Nothing can be further from the truth and this store is a good example...
Read moreWaiter is slightly on the rude side. Maybe it's due to the language barrier, but he's standoffish and feels like he doesn't want to be there and can't be bothered to wait for your order.
Food is just ok to bland on some items and is definitely not "Asian" but a bad overpriced copycat. Presentation looks good but falls flat on taste especially if you know what it's supposed to taste like. Perhaps they cater to the elderly gamblers who may not be as discerning on Asian food. Beef Pho (~$20?) could use a more flavorful broth as it's on the watery side. Pad thai are on the clumpy/oily side and bland. Grilled Vietnamese pork chop ($22) looks appealing but again falls short on the flavor. $9 for 3 fried egg rolls.
Service overall does not cater to the customers especially during seating time. What's worse is we paid 15% gratuity in cash but the waiter huffed out loud in front of us and said it should have been $20. For bad lunch service he's lucky we gave 15% CASH. Tip is NOT mandatory and yet we still gave you 15% for mediocre service and bland food for lunch. Management needs to be...
