Dunkin' — Restaurant in Attleboro

I would like to start this by saying I love dunkin but after this experience it’s really left a bad taste in my mouth. I visited this dunkin 9/2/2022 at 8:15pm and went through the drive through. After asking for a bacon egg and cheese, and a coffee I was yelled at through the drive through by the women saying “WE ONLY HAVE COFFEE AND DOUNTS, IF YOU DONT WANT THAT THAN LEAVE”. Shocked I said that I thought that this location closed at 9 and the lady told me that they were cleaning the machines. I completely understand cleaning the machines and closing up but it was 45mins before the posted closing time and I was literally screamed at for ordering. I then asked to speak the a manager about this experience and was told that a manager was not there and when I asked for either a managers number or corporate I was bluntly told no. I am shocked by this rude customer service. Not to mention my coffee was made completely...

"STAY@HOME"(Grand)-Parent w/ various disabilities that are BOTH degenerative and painful and are making it increasingly difficult simple everyday household tasks. I suffer from: degenerative disc disease (lumbar), rheumatoid arthritis(hands & feet), carpal tunnel (I&r wrists), and pseudo-gout(I&r knees). 4 Children: b17y, g19y, b20y with b4y, and g26y. Dunkin' is made for people like me! Inside Store hours states they are open until 11pm. We went there at 10pm and the doors were locked. Both of the employees there looked right at us, gave us nasty looks and said they were closed. I took a picture of the hours and went through the drive-thru to let them know that it's not legal to close their doors before the posted hours. Both of them gave me bad attitudes and refused to let us in. They said that their manager made them close the doors early. No sign posted or anything. Unacceptable. Rude service. Poor experience. But that seems to come with the territory for most establishments in this area...
