Make sure you check your order for accuracy if you are using the drive-thru, because some of the people working here seem a little Tapped Out mentally and will hand you the wrong items. They don't even greet you and you get to the window they just show food in your face with a dead stare. Just one girl gave me the wrong drink it wasn't even sorry about it. McDonald's is hiring like the lowest quality people nowadays this girl seem like she's been brain dead for 3 weeks and was functioning on autopilot. You're at work wake up. They're a little slow on the service so expect a wait even if you place your order ahead for a curbside pickup or drive through pickup. Also the evening team is a bit heavy-handed on condiments so if you order a sandwich that comes with condiments or toppings and you don't want your burger drowning and ketchup and mustard, make sure that you tell them to go light on it otherwise it's going to be drenched in some condiment. Always get your receipt from this place, and make sure you look in your bag and verify what you got. Don't rush to leave the drive-thru for these people, check your bag thoroughly because they don't care what they give you or whether it's accurate or not. So just like they made you sit there and wait for your food, you sit there and there drive through and you make them wait for you to check behind their accuracy, because they've given me the wrong order three times now, and I'm not going to let them get away with it again.
Update 09/28 Some time passed, I decide to give it another try. Regrettable decision. These are the most incompetent fast food restaurant crew I have ever encountered , they can't even prepare the simplest of menu items, it doesn't matter what you order. They give you whatever the hell they want, because the customers tolerate this. The people that work here seem like a bunch of Zapped out zombies, they are expressionless and brain dead and do not greet customers at the window or inside the store. It took several tries for them to get my order correctly and it was a very simple order. I don't know who the regional or district manager is but they need to get in this store ASAP and get ahold of these people and do some firing hiring or retraining. I will do my best to avoid the store, because I see no matter what the circumstances are, or how busy it is, or what time of day it is, you get the same result because these people just do not care...
Read moreHorrible experience here on a Friday after work. Went with 5 kids to play and eat. 30 minutes go by and we are ALL still waiting for our food at the table. I immediately start seeing everyone else get there food besides us. Managers and employees walking past by us and nothing being asked or said to us. More minutes go by as we wait patiently for our food until we go up front to ask about our food. Someone says we are "preparing it now" ..... more time passes by and still no food. Our kids keep asking why it is taking so long. Woman manager keeps repeating to us that our NUMBER WAS 2, BUT SOMEONE AT THE REGISTER GAVE US A NUMBER 12. (NOT OUR FAULT) We then request a refund and one Manager hands over the money but says nothing else. We figure they are "still preparing our food "since nothing was communicated with us. So we wait some more. Lady "manager" with glasses says " oh you got a refund so you will not be getting food until you order again and pay" MIND YOU! WE HAVE BEEN WAITING NOW FOR 1 HOURS FOR FOOD WITH 5 KIDS WITH US! we get so upset that we were ready to leave to eat somewhere else. Nice employee there at the register convinced us to stay, after she said she would make sure we got our food. After waiting for 1 hour for food and watching my 5 year old cry , we still had to reorder and pay once again for our food. We felt so disgusted with how they handled this situation and will not be coming back here !!!!!!!!!!! The managers here really need to practice customer service and communication skills....
Read moreThis is one of those McDonalds where they don't have the condiments or fountain drinks out, which I don't mind if the employees are able to tend to their customers. However, this is not the case here. The staff was slow and unattentive, never looking at the register to see if anyone was waiting there. We waited 20-25min for our initial order. Then, when we had to go back to the register again after they forgot half of our meal, and had to wait another 10-15min. And then, I asked for a soda refill and had to wait another 10min, only for them to give me the wrong drink anyway. We left after that and didn't even bother having them correct it. We came here to save time on a long drive, and lost almost AN HOUR. Fast food used to be a time-saver, and now it's slower than a sit-down restaurant.
