Papa Gino's — Restaurant in Attleboro

This Papa Gino's is amazing it's so funny because one of the employees that works there was actually my son's mentor we end up going to Chuck-E-Cheese next door and then for dinner we decided to go have pizza and my son's Mentor that used to go volunteer at the school was working which I had no idea I kept thinking my son was talking about a child when he was a grown up LOL so he's a teenager who's graduating high school and they need to do volunteer work which community service whatever amazing idea my son and his whole class love his mentors Kyle and Derek I got to meet him in person my son was so excited when he was talking to him his face live like it was Christmas morning and Santa had arrived anyways. This is one of the best Papa Gino's I've ever been to it's always clean even the counters and tables never sticky the seats are always clean it always has a nice and now not just in the full but when you go into the restaurant at cleanliness the restrooms are very clean and you can smell that to you can some sanitary it's amazing food is piping hot made to order and very quick I brought my son there yesterday and we ordered food and I thought we were going to be waiting over 20 minutes because we ordered two large pizzas and two kids meals what drinks and stuff and I sat down for about 5 minutes after that my son use restroom and my food was done in 10 minutes the staff is always nice polite respectful it doesn't matter which day of the week you were walking that always this way the staff is always this way the restaurant is always clean and so isn't the ordering area they go above and beyond my son accidentally closed his on in the door out of the car when will getting out his I'm a sentence for a little bit and it was red I walked in and I asked for some ice and put on his arm because he closes on the door they gave me this big huge bag of ice and mediately and no charge. I love Papa Gino's in Attleboro clean restrooms clean store extremely nice polite professional staff members I could not be any more happier and I would not go anywhere else except for Papa Gino's in Attleboro on Washington Street you should check it out and I hope this helps. What I usually do is it going to Chuck-E-Cheese which is in the same parking lot then go right over to Papa Gino's and get dinner and then it's bedtime it's a great night I hope this helps you when you're deciding on pizza because so far this is the only place that I found that has the best pizza salads and kids meals around they use real chicken breast all white meat with french fries that are crispy they come with a drink and a cookie it's amazing and you can't beat the price $5 and every price is different for the kids meals because they have all different items my son just makes the most expensive one and to be honest I love that kids now I eat it a lot. I worked for papa ginos for many years. We took delivery and take out even if it was 15 min before closing. Sick of this generation and them not wanting to work. It is against company policy to deny either if store is open. I know at my work we can't turn anyone away if we are still open, and I take deliveries even if its 2 mins before close, because I know people are hungry. Depending on their work schedule among other factors. If I ever said no we can't do that because someone is here, and untitled and believe only their time is important, I would have been suspended In the Food industry, no such thing as getting out right on time. Sad that they allow this and I will notify people I know who are higher ups. Plenty of people get stuck at work late, and even if they have homework, take care of the customer first. I heard in the background that, the driver didnt want to take the order because they already cleaned, and have class tomorrow Guess what? Don't take the job there then if it causes customers strain. You never clean until last order is taken. Just like if you call even 2 mns before close for 3 steak bombs, they have to make it, that is why you clean at close!!!!! It is not fun I get it, but sometimes we all gotta just deal. Your life or mine is not more important than another's. We all have things in life we need to do, and sometimes work can make it difficult.

I recently ordered a steak and cheese sub from Papa Gino’s, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. First off, the steak itself was completely bland—no seasoning, no flavor, just dry and uninspired meat that tasted like it was cooked without any care. To make matters worse, the cheese was practically non-existent. I had to search for it, and even when I found some, it was barely melted and didn’t add any richness or flavor to the sandwich.

The bread was okay, but even that couldn’t save this sub. It felt like the whole thing was thrown together with zero effort. There was no balance, no flavor, and definitely no “wow” factor. For a steak and cheese sub, I expected something hearty and satisfying, but what I got was dry, flavorless, and disappointing.

What’s even more frustrating is that Papa Gino’s isn’t the cheapest option out there. If I’m spending money on a steak and cheese, I expect better quality and more care in the preparation. This felt like something I could have made better at home with minimal effort.
