The last few times I've ordered for delivery or went in to order my drink it has not been a great experience. The last time I ordered, I got a blended drink, but it arrived as an iced drink. Decided to go in store, and when I asked about using a milk alternative, like almond milk which they advertise offering, the 4 baristas behind the counter all looked at me like I was crazy. So I ordered something else and when I ordered my redbull drink they, again, looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about/ordering so I had to show them the item off their menu on my phone so they could see the list of included ingredients. Today, I ordered for delivery as I'm working from home and was unable to go to the store myself, and 2 of 3 drinks arrived wrong. My Frozen BYOblast with mango and raspberry, arrived as an iced mango blast. The White Choclate&Caramel "Frozen Hot Choclate" arrived as a hot coffee!! (Thankfully, I was ordering this for myself and not the kid!). The only thing correct on my order was a kids chocolate Magic Milk (which I had to check to make sure that didn't get made as a coffee drink like the frozen hot chocolate..)

Overall, I am very disappointed in this shop. I'm not sure why they have all of a sudden stopped bothering to read the order or make drinks correctly over the last few months, but it's getting old quick. They were great and made everything correct probably 5-6 months ago, but now they can't seem to get...

I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW I WAS ADDRESSED BY AN EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION! In a polite tone I asked to speak to a manager and she screamed extremely loud OMGGGGGG in my ear as if I did not have the right to ask for a manager. The lack of professionalism was unreal. On top of the fact that she is a “new hire”

On Sunday I ordered a bagel only to later find that it was the wrong bagel and cream cheese was spread on one side of the bagel only. The manager told me to come back for a replacement when I had time. I went back today and the exact same thing happened with only cream cheese being spread on one side of the bagel. I called the store and simply asked was it standard now that cream cheese is on spread on one side. The “new hire” said that I had to ask for extra cream cheese if I wanted it on both sides if not, it is only spread on one side. I politely asked to speak to a manager to which she responds with a rude and disrespectful yelling tantrum.

The shift lead apologized profusely and explained to me that this was absolutely not true and that cream cheese was supposed to be spread on both sides.

I’m just taken aback by the employee who thought it was ok to yell at me for something that SHE GOT WRONG! The “new hire” is a great representation of the company…way to go!

We ordered a cookie butter sweet foam cold brew and we got a cookie butter whipped cream iced coffee! I have worked for BIGGBY before I actually worked at this store a couple of times and wow it looks like they still can’t keep people and also are not properly trained! They need to bring HR in there to train everyone properly! They should know which lid they need how to chop a drink and what is the difference between iced coffee and cold brew! If they don’t then someone needs to train them! And when I came back into the store to say hey this is whipped cream i asked for the sweet foam she just said well we ran out of sweet foam and was told to replace it with whipped cream and gave me an attitude about even asking and said what do you want me to do about it and when I said remake it just without the whipped cream, she just dumped the drink out used the same cup to get the ice and put new iced coffee and the cookie butter syrup and then then handed it to us for her to just remake the exactly same coffee drink we didn’t order and we payed for way more than just a iced coffee with flavor! Also kept making the mistake of saying iced coffe when I corrected her three times saying...
