Bought a wedding dress here. The dress was damaged so I paid $200 for alterations and had the dress repaired. The seamstress took a month to do alterations and repair and I went in after 2 weeks to make sure alterations were good. I was told to wait another two weeks for repairs and cleaning and then I could just come and pick it up. Needless to say, the store was super packed and it took associates forever just to get the dress out for me that I already paid for. They had me look over the dress and sign for it. When I looked over the dress I only looked for the damaged sections (because there were only two when I bought it). These were fine and since the dressing room and store were packed I signed and left. When I got home and tried it on I noticed two new tears in the lace that were not there previously. Are you kidding me? They actually damaged the dress. I was also told by the seamstress to wait two weeks so she could "go over every detail." Obviously, they are not that careful. I would not recommend this place. A lot of the dresses were already damaged and they don't do a good job of fixing them. The only reason I'm not furious is because the dress was half off to begin with. Just hoping no one notices small tears made by seamstress/ store associates at my wedding. Will never shop here again and I would not recommend it for...

The dress selection was great. Went in to find my sister her wedding dress expecting an experience but was very disappointed in the customer service. I called weeks ago to schedule an appointment to view wedding dresses and was told no appointments were necessary and we’d have help but when we arrived, all the employees were huddled up at check out laughing and conversing amongst each other. We were told several times that help was busy but she would arrived and she never came! We never had real help and spent approximately 2 hours in your establishment. Hopeful for any form of help or direction! We took it upon ourselves to find and try on dresses. As someone who is currently engaged myself, I’ve had every intention of coming here for my wedding dress but I see smaller businesses are the way to go! We found another very small dress shop and had an abundance of women trying to take care of us & go the extra mile! We went out of our way to travel to this establishment only to be disappointed! I’d suggest getting better training for employees on customer service and also advice to be more attentive. There was a young women who kept telling us someone was coming & I appreciate her for communicating that someone was coming but after awhile it seemed like she was trying to convince herself...

So happy we found the perfect dress here. BUT be warned... customer service was awful. We were the only ones in the store for the first 30-40 minutes. We carried around about 6 dresses and no one offered to help us by taking them to a dressing room. Finally, I asked the manager if we could put them somewhere and she sighed at me with a "you are really a bother" look. It was so strange. Then she said "I could start a dressing room for you". Which confused me-- wasn't that what I was asking? And wouldn't they have offered already if that was the norm? Then we tried on the dresses for a while and someone stayed in the dressing room to watch us - which was fine. Except when I asked for another size in a dress - in any color... she left to look for about 20 minutes. Finally she came back and said "we don't have that size in any of this dress in any colors'. ODD... after trying on more dresses I went to look for myself and found FIVE of that size in many colors. I doubt she even looked? If it were on service alone - I would never go back.
