Arby's — Restaurant in Auburn

Me and my husband went thru the drive thru and placed our order which was a classic combo large roast beef with large curly fries and a large. Drink and 2 roast beef sliders and a medium sprite. Wr get to the window and the young boy whom was not so brite gave my husband his large tea but not our sprite. So we hollard at him and we toldem we ordered a med sprite too! He looks at his menu screen and says,,, oh you didnt order a medium curkey fry . we said no. And he said oh well the medium sprite and medium curley fry are the same price so im still guna go ahead abd give them both to you. So we said , ok. So he gives me my sprite and then in a minute or 2 later gives us our bag of food. Well we drive off and i decided to look in the bag. He gave me 2 fried chicken tender sliders instead of the roast beef and. Gave my husband a small roast bf sandwhich instead of a large.!!! So my complaibt is that there were no other people. Behind us and only a couple of folks inside, so he wasnt even busy to get our order wtong in which he shouldnt have got it wrong to begin with busy or not. He was acting and looking like he was hungover or on drugs or something. He was very air headed to me!!! Theres nothing i cant stand more is not getting what you ordered ! Please tell your employers. To pay closer attention to what there picking up in the bens where the cook puts them . But since they wernt busy it could have been the cooks fault to for not paying attention to the menu screen and made the chicken sliders instead of the roast bf.. The worst experience I ever had at a drive-through before. The cashier that took our order was rude and short temper with us. A young man by name of Isaiah came to the window to bring us our order and he noticed my son from his school. He was threatening him saying you better tell no one where I work. If you do I am coming for you. I know where to find you. My son didn't say a word back to him. He continued saying what he was going to do to my son. I told this boy that I was his mother in the car and that he will not touch him. He continued to say what he was going to do. He is a troubled individual and I will not be back again as long as he is working there. I am very disgusted about this to the point of speaking with a legal professional for advice. I tried to call the store to speak with the manager, but no one answered the phone. This happens on 4/07/2023 ..........This is a serious matter. Use to be an awesome arbys, but with The girl that is working drive-Thru on January 24th at 7:00 pm tried to order a very simple number 3 and a number 5 with no lettuce or tomatoe. But had to drive away because the cashier was being so rude and disrespectful! She ask, "what do you want" in a very rude way everytime I have went with her working there! She is the female with the unnatural hair color!! So many people were pulling off because of how rude she is! Everytime I try to go to Arby's she's there with the same attitude! Arby's has been super dead lately while all the surrounding restaurants are busy. She is the reason why no one will go there now!! Well we try but her attitude is so unnecessary! Of course I pulled off as well like everyone else!!! She needs to be fired or get her attitude in check!!!! Or y'all will continue to loose business at this location...
