The Arby's in Auburn Washington on 15th NE. Has employees pretend they don't know you are there when we come in with our Mercedes Sprinter R. V. which is a total height of 9 Feet, 9 Inches tall.
Their Height Warning Bar is 9 ft, 6 in, from the ground and there is plenty of room to go around it both at the order speaker and pick-up, I just step out the door to receive my order.
The first time this happened, I was totally ignored for 9 minutes, then drove to the pick up window and ordered my lunch, and meanwhile, I watched at least 2 other customers get frustrated and leave without ordering.
The second time was almost the same as the first, except, after 5 minutes I drove to the pick-up window where I ordered 4 Arby Roars (without) cheese, and specified three times, (without) cheese.
After receiving my order, we drove to the Airport where we discovered all 4 were with cheese.
The third time I got into the waiting line and turned my phone Video Camera and Videoed the entire episode, but only waited about 2 or 3 minutes until I drove forward to the pick-up window to place my order and held the Phone camera in such a way that left no doubt that I was using the camera.
I made this Video to (1), send a copy to Abby Corp Headquarters, and a second copy to KING5 Call For Action and to KOMO4, both in Seattle Washington to alert other customers to the Rude Lack of Service they may expect if their vehicle is deemed "TOO...
Read moreThey are never open. Although online and in their website where you can order it says they're open, but they never are and they just put up signs that say sorry closed no staff. Well find some stuff then. Put it some effort in and hire some staff so you can run your establishment appropriately or at least remove your hours from Google that say you're open regular hours when you're open sporadically
Edit: You can't call to find out if they're open when There's nobody to answer the phones and even if you are open, you still don't answer the phone so what is calling going to do? Maybe fix your hours on Google? Maybe you hire enough staff? Maybe pay them enough? Maybe take some responsibility instead of trying to blame the customer? You're putting complete shame on the entire franchise. Maybe it shouldn't say open in green letters when you look it up online? Maybe don't allow online orders when nobody's there to make your food? This isn't a customer issue This is a restaurant issue. This is a owner issue This is a manager issue. You're either not putting effort into hiring employees, or not paying your employees a living wage so that you have enough toys and therefore have...
Read moreI spent 35 minutes in the drive thru line Sat. The 9th of October, the car in front of me had a large order which took several minutes, when my turn came up I ordered the New Country Rib sandwich only. I spent another 15 minutes in line while an ordered was filled. When I stopped at the pay window a young man was sitting on a stool and would not even make eye contact with me. As I waited to receive my order, a manager approached the window and asked if I had ordered a Roast Beef sandwich, saying no, I was then told they were out of the sandwich I had ordered. Why was I not told this when I placed my order? I asked why they had not parked the car in front of me and filled a large order and move line faster, without a reply, except for the standard "I'm sorry". I will be hard pressed to ever go back to the Arby's in Auburn, because every time I go there, I am in line for a minimum of 15 minutes. I don't want to hear anything about Covid or excuses. This is unacceptable service especially when the help is not very pleasant. It is sad, because I like Arby's food.
Sincerely,
David...
