Dunkin' — Restaurant in Auburn

I do not often give poor reviews and I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1 star review. I’ve certainly never received such abhorrent service from a Dunkin. I ordered the following through Grubhub for my brother and myself: an apple fritter, an iced medium frap, an egg scramble bowl, a medium cappuccino, and 2 orders of hash browns. When it arrived, it was clear from the receipt sticker that the order was pretty wrong.

I received a hot Frappuccino instead of iced I got no apple fritter (though Grubhub refunded me for the fritter)

And then when I picked up my cappuccino the cup was super light.

I called the store multiple times, but there is only a busy signal, as of 3:00 pm today.

Because my brother was missing his fritter and because reordering just the fritter through Grubhub totaled $12, I decided to order 6 donuts 2 of which were glazed.

Whelp — the glazed donuts had no glaze! They were just plain.

These 5 issues are all very frustrating and not really excusable. Something is not churning right at this Dunkin location right now. I don’t know if it’s management or what, but it’s...

Let me just say southern hospitality was on the menu the rainy day me and my friends stumbled onto this Dunkin Donuts on the Sunday afternoon of Nov. 12. We’re from L.A. and were driving through Alabama to get back to ATL. Along the way we opt’d to stop at Taco Bell. After driving through the Tuskegee Forest (again we’re city folks so that wasn’t fun) trying to get to the Taco Bell only to get there and their system was down so they weren’t selling food. I suggested DD just across the street who can sometimes sell sandwiches etc. Well the disappointment continued bcuz they were limited on what they had to offer. The drive thru person can hear the disappointment in my voice after she read back our order. As we pull up to pay the drive thru person empathized with our situation and comp’d our food!! It’s the little things that’s appreciated when God shows favor and places kind people in your path. I do not recall the young lady’s name and hope that my description of the day points out that DD has an awesome individual on their team!! Thank you young lady and thanks u DD...

I used to go to this dunkin all the time because it was a drive thru so it was very convenient but I went last week because I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and they told me they weren’t doing food. I thought it was just a one time thing so I got my coffee and went somewhere else for food. Now fast forward to today, a week later, and they said they weren’t doing food again. This was very annoying as how is it possible that two times in a row that I go they aren’t doing food. So, I just got a coffee and I got a pretty easy drink, just a caramel iced coffee, and I decided to add whipped cream which doesn’t seem like that difficult of an order and when I got to the window it was the same girl from last time and one, they didn’t give me whipped cream, and two, they only filled the cup up halfway with coffee and the other half was ice so there was like a drop of coffee. i’m getting sick of...
